Darcie's POV:

*Saturday, May 10, 2014, 7:30 p.m.*

"This next song," Cole spoke into the microphone. "Goes out to someone very special."

All of the girls in the crowd started screaming even louder than they already were. Cole looked to where the girls and I were and he winked, flashing a cheeky smile, "Love you, Darce!"

The music started playing and I immediately recognized the song to be Summer Love by Justin Timberlake. Sure, it wasn't at all that unusual for the guys to perform this song, but the fact that Cole dedicated it to me was amazing because the first time I ever heard him sing, was when he was singing this song.

Throughout the whole show, 5ers kept coming up to me and the girls, asking us for pictures. We took pictures with everyone who asked and we talked to some of them for a bit.

A lot of the guys' fans were really nice, but some were just plain awful. All five of us would get hate from time to time, but it was worse for some. Basically everyone loved Alex and Nikki, fans sort of tolerated Emily because they still hadn't yet made up their minds about her, most of them liked me but some of them hated me, and it was almost half and half for Lina.

She sort of had it the worst because the ones that did hate her, they were really mean. They never held back what they had to say. Dana hasn't done or said anything about it so Lina hasn't brought it up to him, no matter how many times I try to convince her to talk to him about it. It's heartbreaking really, to see your best friend constantly crying and breaking down just because she loves someone.

I tried to tell her that they're all just jealous of her, but she wouldn't listen to me; instead she'd listen to them. She'd listen to all of the hate that they'd dish out to her. They called her fat, she started dieting and exercising every day; they called her hair nappy, she started washing it twice a day; they called her a slut, she started covering more skin than necessary; they called her a camera whore, she stopped posting pictures of herself; they called her ugly, she started wearing more than just eyeliner and mascara; they told her she couldn't sing, and we haven't filmed a cover in almost a month now.

Worst of all, they tell her to kill herself... what's going to happen with that? I even noticed that she started wearing more bracelets than usual and that worried me the most. I looked over at her, she smiled with her mouth but I could tell in her eyes that she wasn't really happy. She looked at me and, with my eyes, asked if she was okay. She gave me a reassuring nod and smile but I knew she was lying. She could lie to everyone, but not me.

I wanted to help her, I really did, but how? I can't stop the hate. I've tried. No one listens to the girlfriends, just the guys. Does Dana really not see any of the hate? Or, even worse, is he choosing to ignore it?

The concert was over and the guys went out to the room where the meet and greet was being held. We got to go into the room with them but we stayed off to the side so that they could have time with their fans. We took pictures with some more fans who asked and we watched as the guys took pictures with everyone.

Some fans would ask for pictures of them kissing their cheeks and they did. We were okay with that though, we understood what it was like because, if we were to meet a band we loved, we would want them to kiss us, too.

"Can I get a picture with you guys?" a girl came up to us. She looked about fourteen, a little younger than Lina and I who were the two youngest of our group of friends.
