"I think it's a trap" Hide instantly says, crossing his arms.

"But why would they send it?" Sides asks.

"I don't think this is the case, Hide" Will keeps staring at the message, reading it over and over again, trying to find a reason why would someone do this.

"This isn't like Attinger" Parrish adds.

"Then who sent it?"

"Maybe it was too risky to write a name when surrounded by people who support Attinger" Jazz says.

"Either way, this is the hope we have right now" Will says. "It says here about the weak spots in the carrier, we'll see if those are true, in that case..." He looks up at everyone around him.
"We now have a way to get her out of there"

"Let's move, people!" Parrish claps his hands. "Where the hell is Haddelin?! She never came, did she?!" He frowns and walks towards another soldier, starting to organise things to get to the damned aircraft carrier in the North Atlantic.

Will nods, glad part of his team is still with him.

"Sir" a voice calls him from behind.
He turns around and finds the green eyed guy who was with Cael when she was kidnapped.
"What can I do?"

"Christian, right?" Will sighs. "Listen, I appreciate your concern and willing to help, but this is no job for civilians. Go home, stay safe" he starts walking away, but Christian keeps talking.

"With all due respect, sir. I think you should take every help that is presented. After all, you're taking into consideration a message of someone who could easily be tricking you, and, if I'm not mistaken, you recently had a significant loss of soldiers. They started quitting, didn't they?"

Will slowly turns around and stares at him.

"Who the hell are you?"

"Someone who won't quit"

Will keeps looking at him and he's about to open his mouth when another voice speaks behind him.

"Can I help too?"

Caelyn's POV:

"I'm getting really tired of you, girl"

"Believe me, I'm getting really tired too" I mutter, the metallic taste of blood filling my mouth.
The man in front of me grunts, listening to my comment.
"Why can't you just accept I'm not going to speak?" I drop my shoulders, a sting of pain ignites

"Why is it so hard to understand that if you don't, we'll kill you?"

"I understood that from the beginning" I look up at him.
He grits his teeth and shows them like he was some sort of wild animal. Which.. Well, I'm pretty sure he is. He grunts.

"You're just like your father"

Everything stops for a moment as rage starts burning inside of me.

"What did you just say?" I threateningly ask.

"You don't remember me, do you? I used to work at NEST" he says, a dark tone coating his voice.
I keep staring at him, waiting for an explanation.
"You really think nobody at NEST was on Haddelin's side? Do you really think no one knew this was going to happen? Well, surprise, little girl, your 'family of soldiers' betrayed you, and were willing to all along"

Like a blow directly to the stomach, it gets to me...
Derek...

"It seems like you're running away!"
