Meteoric iron, also known as "sky iron", was once used to build weapons. Weapons that had value among humans, once said that were forged by gods. Iron is also considered to be the most human metal.

Before I'm able to let everything sink in, Parrish bends down, grunting. Instantly, three soldiers are there to hold him.

"P-Parrish?!" I get closer to the door and stand on my toes, trying to see what's going on inside. He presses his hands to his abdomen, and he then only takes one away.

And it's covered in blood.

"Told you to stay still! You reopened the wound, dammit!" They start dragging him away to one of the stretchers in the place.

"W-wait! What happened?" I ask, looking at the stained clothes of the second in command. My breath quick and heavy.

"N-no, wait!" Parrish stretches his hands towards the door, like he had something else to say. His face pale and twisted in pain.

"What happened?!" I desperately look inside the room, trying to find anything that might give me a clue of what happened. One soldier who isn't treating his wounds comes near to the little window, she looks at me with fear.

"He tried to fight the 'Con once they found him... but... I... I'm actually not sure, Cael." She says, wincing. "We found him already wounded..."

"Wait! She- She has to k-know!" Parrish tries to raise his voice, looking at me. I can barely hear him, but I can see the desperation in his look.

"What is he saying?" I press both of my hands to the cold metal, wishing I could just go through the door and listen to his words.

"Hold on" The soldier who was speaking to me gets closer to him, and I can see how Parrish grasps her arm and tries to speak as the medics treat his wound. As she's with him, I press my fingers to the communicator in my ear.

"Bee! Chris! There are two of them!" I yell into the comm, looking around, using the flashlight to illuminate the hallway; my heartbeat rising.

"What are you talking about?" Chris voice sounds nervous, full of concern.

"There are two Decepticons! They're locking all the soldiers inside different rooms to stop them from catching them, I think!" Just as I'm about to keep talking, the shooting of loud blasters echo through the air. Those are Bee's blasters. I look around me, the shooting continues, making a few lamps on top of me slightly tremble.

"Caelyn! That's not why they locked us in!" The same soldier comes closer to the door once again. I turn to face her.

"What?"

She opens her mouth to speak, but more shooting interrupts, and at the same time, Parrish screams in pain. It makes me cringe and wince, the piercing cry making me tremble.

"Andrews, tell... her..." Parrish speaks through clenched teeth, his eyes shut tight as he holds on to the edges of the stretcher, his fingers white, just like his face. The woman turns to me, her dark eyes lit by the flashlight beam.

The clink of a bottle rattles the sudden silence.

I turn my head to the direction it came from and light the place. But no other noise comes again.
