{Chapter Under Edition} ~Dream Catcher
I know it took me a while to update.. Sorry about that
-::/\::-
I hear something...
It seems to be far away...
My eyes won't open and my hearing won't get clear.
What happened?
Where am I?
I listen to my heartbeats, slow but strong.
Something wet touches my hand. I try to open my eyes. Blinking slowly.
I hear shouting... Men shouting.
I finally open my eyes a little bit and light blinds me instantly.
Everything's blurry around me..
I hear movement... From rocks I guess.
Then, a face appears in my vision.
"You'll be alright kid, just hold on" he says. A man. I'm not sure who.
More light blinds me again as more movement is heard.
I start feeling again. Something's crushing me.
I try to move but nothing does. Only my eyes can jump from place to place.
I look at my hand, trying to focus it with my sight, but I still see a bit blurry. I feel it sticky and weak, the same as all my body.
I feel wet in my hand again and I find a dog sniffing it. A hand pushes the dog and the same man as before looks at me.
"That's right kid, stay awake... Just stay awake for a bit longer"
I would have imagined that in a situation like this one, I would be hyperventilating and nervous but I find myself calm. Strangely calm.
Then, I feel the thing that's crushing me lift up, realising my legs and part of my back, but no pain runs through my spine or nerves, I just feel myself floating in clouds or swimming in air without moving.
"We got her!" A man shouts.
Someone else appears in my vision, but this time, I do recognise him.
"It's okay Cael, we'll get you out of here" I see concern in his eyes and notice desperation in his voice. I just slowly blink.
"Parrish! Get your ass here and help me!" Will shouts, looking back and then returns to me. The first man that talked to me comes closer. They say something else but my sight is starting to fade again.
"Hey hey hey, Cael... Dallas, look at me" Will places a hand on my cheek and looks directly into my eyes. I lift them to look at him. "That's right kid, focus on my voice, look at my face"
Finally, I feel how they lift me, carefully and slowly, then, I'm carried just by Will, who lifts me up bridal style... I guess... I can't feel my legs or anything... I can only feel my heartbeat and my breath... One strong, and the other weak.
They get me out from wherever I was and more light makes me close my eyes for a moment.
"Cael... Cael, remember what I told you? Focus on my voice, look at me face"
I slowly open my eyes again and look up at him. My weak neck makes my head falls sideways and I see debris. Concrete, glass and wood all over the place.
At the other side of the fallen building, there are six giant figures.
The Autobots.
But I only pay attention to two of them. Both looking directly at me.
"Bee..." I try to say, but only a husky breath gets out of my lips.
I see him trying to step forward, to reach me, worry in his optics, moving frenetically, watching me. But Hide stops him, standing beside him, he places a servo in front of him and stops him from running and coming to me. Hide looks at me too, I softly smile as he stares at my face and I find concern in his optics.
I start gaining more consciousness and start remembering what happened.
They place me on a stretcher and just in the moment I touch the soft surface, my senses activate and the first thing I feel, is pain. This time, it does run down my spine, it stings my legs and my back and it burns in my hand like fire igniting on dry grass.
I hold Will's hand as my breath starts going faster, he looks at me.
