Last night I couldn't help, but feel this pull towards this one human that fanned power out like waves. My beast was nagging me to go to her to which I fought him on. She was human goddess sake, but no one could deny the power she had in her.

I talked to my Beta Joseph yesterday about her he looked skeptical about it. "Brother I do not lie it was real ask Allison she felt it as well. She reeks of power Alpha power Joseph" I starred hard at him.

He blew out a breath "I'm not calling you a liar Brother, but can you see how this looks a human that has Alpha power it just doesn't make sense." I felt the same if someone told me about her I wouldn't believe it I would call them a liar and be done with it.

"Joseph I felt a bond with her a familial bond. The need to protect her is deep and strong it's hard to fight it. Hunter has been pushing and nagging me to go to her and protect her from everyone. I almost growled at Allison when she went near her it's that serious Joseph what the hell is happening to me." He looked at me with sad eyes I didn't want his pity ever since that day he has been watching me with those eyes.

I couldn't handle it those eyes that looked right through me. "I'm going to the Diner for breakfast you coming?" He shook his head "No Izy told me to get my ass home after this meeting" I laughed that little firecracker I adore so much. "Tell her I said I love her and I'll stop by later" he laughed and walked of my office.

My mind went to the human with smokey grey eyes that pull you in. I shook my head and headed out to my favorite Diner 'Smokey Smiths' that Smith boy is too much. I chuckled while thinking about the little boy who was mates with my cousin.

Even before I stepped in I smelled her she was here. I looked around the diner and stopped when I met with those eyes that seemed to have a pull over me. I could see Allison talking to her "Allison can I ask you just who is that man that's starring over here?"

I chuckled, but kept my face neutral "He's the owner of all of the town" she starred right at me. What surprised me was she glared at me just who is this girl that breathes confidence, but hides it away. Allison looked up at me and gave me a slight smile 'Ambrose I think she doesn't like you very much from the glare she gave you' I kinda already figured that out I thought to myself.

Allison left to get her order and I'm thinking this is my chance to get to know her. I walked over to her and breathed her in my wolf stirred trying to come out, but I pushed him back down telling him she's just a human.

"May I help you sir?" I eyed her for a minute looking her over. She was pretty, her grey eyes with her silky blackish/brownish hair falling down her face trying to cover the scars and bruises. The air around her would stir it was faint, but still there the power within her. The need to get to know her was strong Hunter nudging me towards her trying to get close to protect her.

'Hunter I swear if you don't stop I won't let your ass out anytime soon so knock your shit off already' I said to him. He finally backed off and went into a little corner in my mind, but I knew he would come back and nag me.

I thought over of what I was going to say to her I just couldn't sit here and stare at her it would be weird. "Well Miss I don't reckon I know your name and I know everybody's name here in my town. So answer me this Miss what is a pretty thing like you doing here in Fairbanks,Alaska?"

I could see that she didn't want to tell me her reason the wheels in her head spinning as to what she would say. When she finally answered I thought she was crazy for a minute.

"Well Sir I came because I wanted fresh air. I want to start a new life and just my luck destiny pulled me here in the middle of nowhere" she finally answered. Why the hell would she even come here it's in the middle of nowhere. This human is different and intriguing to say the least so what was the real reason for her moving.

Something demanded me to ask her out for lunch "Well Miss can I know your name?" I asked her. She looked at me then nodded "I'm Luxia, but everyone calls me Lux. You're Ambrose right?" I nodded. Well here goes the million dollar question "Well Miss Lux would you care to join me for lunch later on today?" Just say yes.

She thought it over she didn't say thing she just pulled a pen out and scribbled on a napkin. She passed it over looking me square in the eye. I grabbed the napkin a looked at it well at least now I have some way to contact her. On the napkin was the hotel and her number on it. Well I guess we're having lunch later on today I laughed on the inside.

Yes werewolves can smell a lie from miles away and to say that little lie she just said was closer to the truth then she let on. Ambrose couldn't help, but the need to know why she was here and to why she has bruises covering her body? Our Luxie has caught the eye of Alpha Ambrose and Alpha Ambrose is not a person to be messed with.
These two are completely opposite from each other Lux: Not confident mostly all the time does have her moments, shy, honest to a certain extent. Ambrose: Confident as hell, cocky, A scary mother flipper if you ask me, cunning, and smart as hell. Will these two polar opposite meet halfway?

Hello my babies I'm so sorry for the very late update you see I'm a very busy person and really couldn't think of anything at the moment. But don't think about that now just think Why is Ambrose's wolf so keen to know about Lux? Why does he feel this bond towards her? Could this familiar bond come to be a mate bond? Or could it mean something else? Some many questions 😫 not enough answers I know the feeling.

Well babies stay tuned for the next chapter that will hopefully be up tomorrow if not then I'll just have to post two chapter on Friday😉

P.S That's Lux on the Top with bruises of course. The next chapter might have Ambrose might not I'm really not sure yet.
