What's Her Quirk?!

Rescue Test Gone Bad: Part 3

Izuku stares at me as I shout at the villain then Bakugou and Kirishima charge at the mist but quickly disappear into a vortex before everyone else is engulfed by another one. I try to dodge but get sucked up with most of the others before having the air knocked out of me, Iida had grabbed me, pulling me out. I land on top of him but quickly get off.
"Thanks, Iida," I say as I stand up, glaring at the mist before noticing the metal neck guard, "He's got a real body under there."
I look over at Aizawa and see he's struggling so I turn to Iida, "I'm going to help, use your quirk and run to the door. They won't follow you, after you're outside, go get help from the main campus!"
"But it would be disgraceful of me to lea-!" he starts but I cut him off.
"Iida! Ignore all that junk and go be a true hero by getting help!" I tell him before taking out a pair of goggles similar to Eraserhead's.
I put them on and run out towards him, stepping on villains' heads before landing and touching his hand.
"What are you doing? Get ou-!" he starts but I cut him off too.
"Shut up and let me help, you can't do this alone," I say and whip off my belt, using it the same way Eraserhead uses his scarf.
He just smiles at me, "Commanding and always wanting to help, just like your mother. You even look like her."
We fight back oncoming villains and cancel out their quirks, I smirk a bit.
"She was my idol, there's a reason I modeled my suit after hers with adjustments here and there. Phoenix was the greatest heroine ever until someone snuffed out her flame," I say.
We keep fighting for quite a while then I hear an explosion over at the shipwreck zone and I could just tell it was Izuku without even looking but I was distracted just long enough to let a villain get a blow in. I fly and land in the water, next to Asui, Mineta, and Izuku.
Izuku rushes right over, two of his fingers were broken on one hand, "Fire, are you okay?"
I get onto the shore, "I'm fine, just let my guard down."
Asui looks at me, "That was pretty awesome, Phoenix, ribbit."
Tomura's attention is caught by Tsuyu's words, "Phoenix? Oh that name brings back memories," he throws Aizawa to the ground and walks towards us. "I felt great pleasure ending her game, she was almost as famous as All Might himself. You must be that little brat that was with her."
I growl and cancel his quirk, "I was with her because she was my mama, we were out on a stroll when you attacked us!"
He smirks, "Well now it's game over for you too," he reaches out and places his hand on my face but nothing happens so he turns around to look at Eraserhead. "Tsk, it's annoying when pro heroes live up to all their hype."
Izuku takes this chance and charges at Tomura, "Smash!" he shouts.
His attack kicks up dust and we're all surprised to see his arm wasn't broken, but his attack was blocked by a giant villain with a huge bird's beak and an exposed brain.
I couldn't see his face but I could tell he was grinning, "Say hello to Noumu, the thing that will finally kill All Might once and for all."
Just then a giant rush of air pushes against us, the hero himself, All Might, had just arrived and he was not smiling.
