Chapter 28

Tris pov
4 months later

It's been four months since we lost Emma. I'm dealing with it a lot better than before. It still hurts some times but I've learned to deal with what happened no matter how bad it hurts.

Today I'm going wedding dress shopping with my mom, Evelyn and my bridesmaids.

Tobias kisses my neck and leaves sweet kisses all over my flat stomach.

I play with the curls in his hair and giggle.

"Okay that's enough" I say laughing

"I really have to get ready" I add and he nods.

"Fine" he says kissing my head.

I get out of bed and grab my towel so I can take a shower.

I get out the shower and change into a shirt and tights. I put my hair up in a ponytail and and grab the closest shoes near me which was a pair of converse.

I grab my purse and run downstairs where everyone sits. My friends. Evelyn, Marcus, my dad and Mom. Everyone's here. I guess I took longer than I thought.

"Ready to go honey. Our appointment at the dress shop is at 3:30 and it's 3 already" my mom says and I nod.

"Okay let me just say bye to Logan" I say

"Logan come say bye to mommy" Tobias calls for Logan who is playing with his toys on the living room floor.

"Can I go with mommy" Logan says running up to me with a dinosaur stuffed animal.

"Not today buddy" I tell him, picking him up because he starts to cry.

"I want to go with you mommy" he cries

"Next time you can come with me but today your going to stay with daddy, your grandpa's, and all of your uncles" I tell him wiping his tears

"I want to play cars with daddy" he says so I put him on the floor and he runs to his toy chest to get toys.

"Yay! I love playing cars" Tobias says wrapping his arms around my waist.

"Can you just keep him busy and don't let him eat any junk food" I say

"Yes." He says

"Tris we have to go" my mom says

"Okay. I'm coming" I say

"I have to go" I say to Tobias

"Uh okay" he says and pulls me closer making me giggle.

I hold his checks and give him a nice long kiss. He kisses me back and everyone groans.

"Any day now" my mom says and I giggle pulling away. I give Tobias one last quick peck on the lips and he lets go of my waist.

"Now I know how Logan feels. I want to go with mommy too" Tobias tells me and I laugh.

"See you later" I say and leave with all of the girls.

Tobias and I don't want to have a big fancy wedding. We decided that a backyard wedding would be fine. Decorated nicely. Hanging lights, DIY centerpieces, things like that.
