"when were you going to tell us?" Patrick asked as i sat down at the table. i cocked an eyebrow as he rolled his eyes, "we know what you've been doing with Dun,"
i felt a pit in my stomach and my heart dropped. Patrick crossed his arms as he waited for an answer. my mouth went dry.
"why didn't you tell us?" Hayley asked from across the table.
"it's not something you bring up guys-it's not..normal?" i mentally scolded myself for making it sound more like a question than an answer. "how did you find out?" i asked looking at Patrick.
"word gets around,"
"but i never told-"
Josh. did he rat on me after i told him how i felt? why did he do it?
i rubbed my hands over my face as i sighed. i can't believe him right now.
"look guys, this is isn't what i wanted. you guys knew i liked him and i still do. but i never expected all this to happen. i'm sorry i didn't tell you."
i looked at them as i plopped my hands on the table. looking at each of their faces, they all turned to look at Patrick for his approval.
"why'd you do it?" he asked with a squint of his eyes. i groaned and rolled my eyes, "c'mon 'Trick, we've been over this already,"
"okay, okay, i forgive you,"
i sighed, "good."
