We spent the following days in the same manner as the previous ones. Island hopping was a great way to see new places and visit new sights, and in between we spent a lot of time in the water too, like scuba diving and skinny dipping at night. We simply enjoyed each other's company and were barely ever apart for longer than thirty minutes, as if that was the time limit for the both of us to be separated from each other.

Due to all the glances Keane earned whenever we lingered at a place for too long, we tried to keep to ourselves as much as possible, which was even better for us as we were solely focused on one another and barely noticed others unless the staring began. To say that we both dreaded the ending of our short getaway had to be the understatement of the year, as the return to the real world hung over our heads like the sword of Damocles. We both slowly but surely realized that the media frenzy surrounding the Holloways was more intense than we had so far anticipated and we simply wanted to enjoy the peace and quiet away from the city to the very last minute as best as we could.

Our last day together was on a Saturday, and I couldn't wait to find out what Keane had prepared for us. I had already gotten used to being spoiled by him and thus savored every second of it, not because I feared that his attitude wouldn't last, but because I knew how precious every moment was.

I asked him where we were going to make sure not to have to change my attire again, and he just stated that it would just be a simple dinner on the yacht. It wasn't what I expected, but I wasn't the least bit disappointed because I was happy with whatever we did as long as we were together.

Once again he got ready first and told me that he would be waiting at the sun deck where our dinner would be served. I took a shower and dressed carefully for the special last night of our getaway. I decided to wear my most sexy outfit I brought along which was a sultry red long sleeve bodycon off shoulder dress with a deep décolleté and golden stilettos. Smokey eyes, nude lips and a high bun to showcase my bare neck and shoulders, completed my look.

Keane was already waiting for me when I got on the sun deck. He walked towards me to meet me halfway with his eyes devouring me. His lustful eyes darted up and down my body as he whispered into my ear when he reached me, "You look ravishing." I blushed at his words and his nearness, as his breath in my ear and neck caused goosebumps to spread all over my body which made me shiver. "You look handsome yourself," I replied as I pulled away a bit to admire him in his elegant navy blue suit with a white shirt without a tie. We both dressed for the special occasion.

With my arm interlaced with his he led the way to the beautifully arranged table where we enjoyed the last dinner of our short but sweet getaway together. After we finished our food we both stood up and looked out into the distance of the ocean as the yacht dropped anchor in the middle of nowhere. The two ship assistants came and brought something big that was hidden under a white linen and I wondered what it could be. Despite my curiosity I didn't ask because I knew Keane would explain shortly.

He turned to face me and held both of my hands. "I need to tell you something." I nodded my head for him to go ahead. "What is it?" Keane took a deep breath, but instead of talking he leaned over to kiss my lips. Afterwards, he lifted both his hands to hold my face while he showered small kisses over my face, from my forehead to my nose, my cheeks, and even my chin. I had the feeling that he was stalling as if he still needed time to find the right words he wanted to say to me. He leaned his forehead on mine before he began.

"Exactly a month ago today we met at the club, and I consider that night to be the beginning of us because those brief glances we shared on the dance floor was the moment you entered my life." My heart began racing at his words. Where was he going with this?
