Percy's POV (EDITED)
"So what's all this about??" Jason asked.
"Lucius has some news..." Reyna said.
"Um.. not to be rude or anything, but who exactly is Lucius?" I asked.
"I'm Lucius." A boy said as he walked into the Senate House. "The new Augur."
"The new Augur?" Jason said.
"You've spent more time at Camp Half-Blood then here, Pontifex." Lucius sneered.
"Don't call me-" Jason started.
"Don't call him Pontifex, Lucius." Reyna said. "He doesn't like it." She teased.
"But, nevertheless Jason, Camp Jupiter needed an Augur, and Lucius, son of Apollo, Roman of course, came to take the position." Frank explained. "Didn't I tell you?"
"No." Jason scoffed.
"Why are we here? Or, why am I here?" I asked. "I'm not a Praetor, or a Pontifex...." I said pointing at Frank and Jason.
"I think you might wanna hear this one, Percy..." Rachel said.
"Oh hey! Rachel... Why are you here?" I asked.
"I called her in... I needed to talk with her..." Lucius said.
"More like picking a fight with me..." Rachel said as she rolled her eyes. Lucius gave her a glare. "Are all Augurs annoying?"
"Excuse me?" Lucius said.
"Guys!" Reyna exclaimed. "You've been fighting for ages!"
"Will somebody just please tell me why I'm here?" I said.
"Well, Jason, former praetor and Pontifex, which makes all the campers and centurions listen to you. And Percy, two time hero of Olympus, you're here as a representative of Camp Half-Blood... And Frank, well you're praetor so you need to here this..." Reyna explained.
"So what's all this about??" Frank asked.
"There's another prophecy..." Lucius said.
"Um.... So?" I said.
"Yeah it's no big deal... There are thousands of prophecies.. Every time there is a quest, there's always a prophecy...." Jason said. "That why we have The Sibylline book."
"This is not just some prophecy that came with a quest..." Rachel explained.
"It's the next great prophecy...." Reyna said.
"Another one?!!" I yelled.
"Whoa.. Percy, calm down..." Frank said.
"Yeah.... What are the odds that you might be related to it... At all?" Jason said.
"Sorry to break it to you, but the odds are high..." Lucius said.
"Excuse me but, HOW DO YOU EVEN KNOW?!!" I yelled, as Lucius took a step back.
"Call Annabeth!" Jason told an aurae.
"Percy... Calm down...." Rachel tried.
"I'm sorry but 3 great prophecies, and all of them actually include me?! It's so much to take in..." I slump back into my seat. "They promised, college after high-school, we may have ditched it this year, but that's because we're looking for Leo. We still haven't found him, and what? Another one?!"
"This is a very serious matter.... This next great prophecy, who knows when it's gonna happen?" Reyna said.
"Then why aren't the senators here? The cabin counselors?" Frank asked.
"They need to be here you know...." Jason said.
"This is an informal meeting... This next prophecy, could be the most dangerous one of all... It can cause more destruction than ever... More deaths..." Reyna explained.
"What does the prophecy say?" Frank asked.
"Well.... We don't know...." Lucius said hesitantly.
"How do you not know?!!" I yelled again as Annabeth came in the senate house, along with Piper and Hazel.
"Percy.... Calm down...." She tried to calm me, but all I remember is the thoughts that the prophecies gave me. All the bad memories of almost losing her. Tartarus. They promised. They promised. I'm NOT losing my Annabeth.
"How do you not know?" Jason asked again.
"This prophecy, was never recorded in the books and scrolls... Ella doesn't know it..." Lucius explained.
"It's never actually existed. It's as if Delphi said it when no one was around, so. I don't know, we just can't find it." Rachel said.
"Then how do you know there was a prophecy in the first place?" Annabeth asked.
"It was recorded in a very ancient scroll.. After I gave the offering, the story about the prophecy came. Unfortunately, the prophecy itself, was gone." Lucius said.
"So... What do we do now?" Piper asked.
"We cannot break this news to the campers... Not yet... Not until we know what the prophecy is about..." Reyna said.
"So all we have to do, is wait for Rachel to spit out the prophecy..." Lucius said.
"Well Lucius, I can't just summon the spirit of Delphi just like that, and ask her myself about her missing Prophecy! It's not how it works and even if it is, I'm not your dad!" Rachel snapped. "Quit whining!"
"But we have to tell Chiron... He has the right to know..." Hazel said.
"I agree, but we need the prophecy, so I suggest we wait..." Reyna said.
Another great prophecy... With more danger, more destruction, and more death... Yippee!!
