Percy's POV

"Wait. My sister?! Daughter of Neptune?!" I backed away.

"Yes?"

"I can't believe he didn't tell me!!" I yelled.

"Percy..." Annabeth tried to calm me.

"How old are you?" I asked.

"I'm 14?" She said.

"And Alex is short for Alexandra right?" I said.

"Yes?"

I walked away muttering to myself. How can he not tell me?! I have the right to know if I had a sister! Especially if she knows she's my sister!! Daughter of Neptune.... The name Alexandra is Greek!

"Percy!" Annabeth called.

"What?!" I snapped. Annabeth backed away, shocked. She knew I would never shout at her. It was her job to shout at me.

"Percy...." She said calming me. Her voice has that effect on me.

"Sorry... I just.." I said.

"Calm yourself..." She said. "She really wants to know you and you walked out on her..."

"Tell her I'm sorry. Now, I'm gonna call Poseidon." I said.

"Call?"

"Iris message. He told me to call him anytime I need anything." I said. "I need an explanation." I said and I went to my cabin.

I took a gold drachma and threw it in the fountain.

"Oh Iris, goddess of rainbow, please accept my offering." I said. "Show me Poseidon in Atlantis."

Mist swirled up, and my father is shown.

"Oh Percy! What do you want?" He asked.

"Why didn't you tell me?" I said.

"Tell you about what?"

"Alexandra."

"I thought she should introduce herself..." He said.

"No. I meant why didn't you tell me I have a sister." I said. My dad was silent. "She 14 you know..."

"I know..." He said.

"Then? Why didn't you tell me?" I asked. He was speechless.

"Percy.... She's a daughter of Neptune... Maybe I forgot, I haven't told you-"

"Alexandra is Greek..." I said.

"No, she's a daughter of my Roman equal."

"No, I mean, Alexandra is a Greek name." I said. "You, as Poseidon, knew she existed."

"Percy, she's just 14..."

"No, she's already 14. You're suppose to claim your kids at 12." I said.

"Percy, I just thought-"

"Dad, I'm 19... It's been 7 years since the first time you talked to me." I said.

"What would you want me to do?"

"Oh I don't know! Say 'Percy, you have a sister, you'll meet her when it's time.'. Or you could just write a letter saying I have a sister, no questions asked, and ask Hermes to send it."

"Percy, but gods we noticed out kids when they turned 12. That's why we have that deal, so we would pay more attention to our kids but sometimes we also forgot."

"Okay... How about 2 years ago... She turned 12 then, why didn't you tell me?"

"You were busy with Gaea..."
