It's Complicated

Annabeth's POV

Piper and I woke up at about the same time. And how do we know this?

Well, firstly... I was staying at cabin three because I felt that, without Percy, my nightmares and late night screams are going to get worst bother my cabin mates. Which they will... But they're very supportive of me and wouldn't say a word.

And Piper has also stayed at cabin 3. She missed Jason. She also found that her charmspeak was the only thing able to soothe me down from a nightmare, besides Percy's voice.

It's only been a day, but last night, my nightmares got so bad I screamed so loud that almost everyone heard it. Piper calmed me down, and the whole cabin 6 came running in to check on me. They brought me a change of clothes, since mine was soaked in sweat, but I took and wore one of Percy's t-shirts instead.

The smell of sea, and Percy's odor, calmed me, along with Piper's singing.

She was a great singer, because a, her voice is angelic, b, she poured in charmspeak as she sung a salving lullaby.

And second. We woke up to the sound of Leo, screaming 'I'M BACK!', along with flares, shooting out off Festus' head, which we assumed he invented, because it was glowing in daylight.

"Is that?" Piper said.

"Leo." I said.

Without a change of clothes we both ran out and all three of us made eye contact. Piper laughed and tackled Leo with a hug.

I smiled, and she saw a girl, light brown, the color of cinnamon, hair and dark almond eyes. We made eye contact and she bowed her head down.

That must be Calypso.

Piper was overjoyed and kissed Leo in the cheek, and I saw that Calypso flinched, but there wasn't even a tiny pang of jealousy. I observed her closely and concluded that it was guilt.

What was she guilty for?

"I've missed you!" Piper said.

"I missed you too." Leo said.

"ONE YEAR!" Piper yelled before slapping him on the arm repeatedly.

"Ow! Ow! Beauty Queen! Ow!" Leo said avoiding Piper.

"Leo." I called.

"Annabeth..." He said. "Give me a hug.."

"Okay.." I hugged him. Honestly, he smelt like fire and smoke.

"Leo. Hair..." Calypso said. His hair was on fire.

"I'm happy okay? I'm happy I'm home. I'm happy I'm FINALLY home." He said and batted the fire out of his hair. "Where are the others?"

"Sorry Leo. They went on a quest." I said.

"Who went?" Leo asked.

"Thalia, Jason, Hazel, Nico, Percy, and Alex." Piper said.

"Who Alex?" Leo said.

"Percy's sister. Daughter of Neptune." I said.

"Percy's what? Daughter of who?"

"Leo!" Frank called.

"Franksters!!" Leo said.

"Don't call me that." Frank said and went to give him a man-hug.

"Aren't you gonna introduce us?" Piper asked.

"Oh yeah. Calypso.. This is my family. The rest are on the run, trying to save the world I assume." Leo smiled. "Annabeth. Piper. Frank. This is Calypso."
