Please Don't Go

I'm Glad // Chapter 7

"So, we have some pretty exciting news," Phil states, looking back and forth between me and the camera.

"Yeah. Some of you will absolutely fucking love this while others may kind of hate us. If you hate us and comment it, though, then you just showed over 5 million people what a fucking dick you are," I said.

"Dan! You can't say that!" Phil said, his jaw dropped.

"I just did," I smirked.

"Editing this is going to take three hours," Phil sighed.

"That's okay. I'll help you," I said, smiling shortly before kissing him on the cheek. He blushed and mumbled something under his breath.

"Okay, so we're probably going to make the thumbnail for this video like us looking at each other - Heart Eyes Howell and Love Eyes Lester - and titled 'Confession Time' or something," Phil said, looking at the camera, then me. I noticed how his eyes dilated when he looked at me, while his eyes were normal when he looked at the camera.

"For example," Phil snorted.

"Shut up!" I said, knocking into him purposely with my head. I then kept my head in the crook of his neck as he talked.

"So, Dan and I have actually been dating since 2009, so like. . . 13 years?" Phil asked. I nodded my head.

"Nearly," I said, sitting up. I took his hand with mine.

"So, we know this is all a lot, but we have even more exciting news," Phil said. We both held up out left hands.

"We're getting fucking married!" I exclaimed.

"Yeah, we're engaged!" Phil laughed, kissing me passionately. I was caught a little off guard, but I quickly returned the kiss. We weren't French kissing or anything, it was just my chapped lips against his perfectly soft lips. I swear to god, his lips are perfect. 

"So, these are our rings," Phil said, showing his off to the camera.

"Well, our engagement rings," I pointed out. "Phil is getting away better ring. He deserves much better than that,"

"I don't need a fancy ring, love, all I need is the man that gave it to me," Phil says flirtatiously.

"Well, this is what my ring looks like. It's dark, so it fits me personally," I say as Phil laughs. "'Phil truly is the light of my life, though. I saw this on tumblr once: I was the pen. I drew the world. Phil was the highlighter. He made it better' or some shit like that," I cringed.

"Dan, stop. There's nothing worse than cringey tumblr quotes," Phil giggled.

"Oh, you enjoyed it," I said, holding his waist.

"I sure did," Phil said. He kissed me again, playing with my hair as we kissed.

"So, yeah. By the way, I'm the one who proposed, if anyone was wondering," I boasted. Phil fell down on me. "Phil, what the hell?"

"I want to cuddle," he mumbled into my shirt.

"I guess we'll be taking a quick cuddle intermission," I said, turning off the camera before laying down with Phil. We cuddled for so long that we fell asleep, actually.

We woke up the next morning and laughed our butts off at the fact that we had planned to cuddle for like five minutes but ended up cuddling for hours.

I mean, it wasn't like we were watching television or even talking or anything; we were just cuddling. Just laying there, enjoying each others presence.  Eventually, we found the motivation to film the rest of the video.

"Well, our cuddle intermission turned into hours and then falling asleep, so we're back, but in different clothes," I explained.

"Back to the actual point, though! So, we'll be asking you on Twitter for any questions you have for us, as, soon, we'll be doing a Q and A!" Phil said excitedly.

"Okay, well we're gonna go have sex now, so bye!" I said, waving.

"No! We are not having sex! I'm going to eat cereal and cuddle with my fiance!" Phil yells, punching me. I laugh and kiss him.

"Bye!" I say as Phil takes his hands up to the camera. We do the sexy end screen dance and truly end the video.

"Want to edit?" Phil asked.

"No. I want to eat cereal and cuddle with my fiance."
