Chapter 6 Fairy Tail Training

Edith's POV

I woke up to the plane shaking. I looked outside to see the plane landing; the others seemed to be waking up as well.

"Are we there?" Jennifer asked, rubbing her eyes.

"Yup." I smiled.

We exited the plane, once it landed, and we saw a small base. There, a group was standing and the Fairy Tail wizards were instructing them.

"Hey! You made it!" Natsu cheered once he saw us.

"Yup. We made it." Kelly said, smiling.

"Well that means you can start training." Erza said.

We nodded.

"Today, we'll be teaching you have to use magic. We told you how magic works, yesterday, so let's start using it!" Lucy said to the group that arrived yesterday.

Jennifer, Kelly, and I all walked to where Stephanie and Lauren were.

"Hey. How was training at the DWMA?" Lauren asked.

"Fun. Although we had to battle." I laughed.

"Alright! Now, listen. Magic is the physical embodiment of the spirit. When the physical spirit of an organism connects with the spiritual flow of nature, the spirit forms magic as a product of the connection. Fun fact, only ten percent of the world's population is able to use magic, which is noted to keep a balance between ordinary people and those with magic. It takes an enormous amount of concentration and mental ability to use magic. There's two main classifications of magic. One is caster magic that is expelled from the body as opposed to magic done through the use of a weapon or outside source. The other is holder magic that requires a mage to use an external source to produce the magic." Lucy explained.

"Figure out a magic you want to learn. Then, try to imagine yourself create something." Gray said. "Or choose something from the box that you like and try to figure out the magic. Then, do magic!"

Stephanie closed her eyes and then she had two angel-like wings on her back.

"That's aera magic. That's what Happy and Carla uses. It allows you to fly." I said.

"Awesome!" Stephanie exclaimed. She then closed her eyes and put her hands in a position like Gray.

"Ice-Make Sword!" Stephanie shouted, a sword made of ice appearing.

"Ice magic as well. Impressive." Kelly said.

"Um... Is this natural?" Lauren asked, a bubble of water floating above her hand.

"Yeah! You've got water magic!" Jennifer exclaimed.

Lauren nodded and continued to play with the bubble.

Jennifer, Kelly, and I also found out our magic. Kelly has element magic, Jennifer has fire magic, and I have nature magic. There were battles going on, but none too serious that anyone would end up hurt. Well expect for the very few who were confused about what to do.

At the end of the day, the girls and boys went to their groups, while Jennifer, Kelly, and I waited for the plane to the brother's base.

When the plane arrived, we boarded the plane after waving goodbye to the Fairy Tail wizards.
