The most beautiful thing I've ever seen.....

'G. Son, wake up! Quickly!' Gaster called to his calmly sleeping son. It had taken a while to get him comfortable and quiet, but the doctor new this was deeply important, and the skeleton would have killed him if he didn't say anything.

G woke slowly with a growl. "What is it old man? What's going on now? I swear if it's something about something cute Blue did I swear-"

'G! Lucy is gone!' Gaster barked, annoyed that his son was cranky- and mumbling horribly constructed sentences.

G immediately shot up, wide awake now. "WHAT?! W-whaddaya mean she's gone?!" He jumped out of his warm bed and slid his arms through a grey button up shirt, not caring to button it though before he bolted out of his room.

'I mean she's gone, I can't sense her anywhere!' The older skeleton explained. His son's adrenaline was seeping into him since he was currently connected to him.

G mumbled a few choice words as he stumbled into the guest room. He cut on the light, blinding him, but he shook it off and rushed over to the bed. He gasped when he saw it empty and made, as if no one was ever there.

G quickly rushed to the bathroom, empty. He ran to the hall bathroom, empty as well. 'I told you she's not here! We have to go look for her G!' Gaster said as he watched his son start to panic.

G rushed into the living room and gasped when he saw the front door ajar.

"N-no... No no NO NO LUCY?!" He yelled as he ran to the door. He swung it open and stepped into the cold hall, his SOUL was beating so fast he thought he might have some form of heart attack.

She was nowhere to be found.

"Dad?" The skeleton wimpered as he ran his hands over his skull. "W-what do I do?! I have to find her!" He cried as he paced akwardly.

'I... I don't know son. I have no idea where she went, which direction, anything! I... Oh dear...' The doctor gave a frustrated sigh. How had he not been alerted to her leaving? He should have known! Who knows what she might do to herself. Or what someone might do to her, out there all alone at night, in Chicago no less!

"Dad we have to think of something! She'll die out there!" G said as he continued to panic. He was so lost, so broken he couldn't think straight. 'I'm not losing someone else! I'm not! I'm not!"

'G, calm down a bit! I can't trace her at all! You're confusing my magic. Please, sit still for a moment and BREATH. We'll find her. I promise.'

G gulped and nodded. His father never, broke a promise. That's where he got it from after all. The skeleton stood still and took deep breaths, trying hard to calm down.

"Yo G-kun?" Came a tired voice from the next door over. G jumped and turned quickly to see a grey Bakaneko monster rubbing his eyes with its paws. "What's up? You're awful loud this morning." It purred with a yawn.

"S-sorry Soko-san. A friend... ran away and I have to find her before something happens to her." G explained quickly, giving the cat monster a respective bow.

The monster rubbed up against the door frame. "Well, someone was out in the ally about 20 minutes ago. Very quiet. Soft feet. Clumsy as hell though." The cat stretched and yawned sleepily.

"Was it a girl? Did you see her? Long blonde hair? Super short? Very tiny like a kid, but not a kid?" G asked frantically. He blinked realising he no longer felt his father's presence.
