Love. It's so sweet. So magical and inspiring. So deadly and ruthless too.

"Merry Christmas." G said with a slight blush on his face as he set a cute gift bag on Lucy's lap. She looked up at him confusedly. Why was he giving her a gift? She had never had one, this felt very... odd.

The cute nurse that was standing behind G leaned forward to look at the girl. "Open it!" She smiled sweetly. Lucy raised a brow.

G scratched the back of his skull. "Well, Brook here picked it all out. I'm bad at this stuff." He chuckled, blushing a bit more. Lucy watched him and couldn't help but smile, he was way too cute.

The nurse gasped and turned around, grabbing something else. She poked him in the back. "You picked these out silly!" She smiled. G turned and blushed harder. "O-oh yeah."

He turned back and handed Lucy a beautiful bouquet of Christmas flowers. The girl's eyes lit up and she smiled as she took them. She smelled them, suprised they were real. She hummed happily as she studied the red and white flowers. A few snow flake ornaments were mixed in, and those realy caught her attention.

"Well those are a hit." Brook poked G's arm. He smiled and nodded, still a bit nervous, hoping she did enjoy it all.

"They need water..." Lucy said after a while of staring at the flowers. G smiled at her. "We can do that when we get home." He said softly and patted her knee.

The girl nodded and grew excited hearing she could go back with him. "Thank you." She said shyly and gave him a cute face to match.

"Awww, don't mention it. Open the other one!" He said happily.

The girl turned to the big red bag with a beautiful reindeer on it. The rope handels were tied together with a big silver bow. "W-why did you get me a gift?" She asked looking up at the skeleton.

Brook scratched her head, confused the girl wasn't tearing into it. But G didn't seem to fazed by her apprehension.

"Well, we give gifts to people we care about, sometimes before and even after Christmas. I figured this would be good time. When you open it you'll understand." He winked and chuckled.

The girl nodded and untied the bow. She pulled away the black tissue paper decorated with beautiful snowflakes. She immediately smiled at that. She took a deep breath and looked in the bag. She raised a brow and pulled out a long grey shirt decorated with beautiful snowflakes and a red outline of another reindeer.

The girl gasped and hugged the soft shirt. "It's beautiful!" Her tiny voice made the moment even more adorable.

"And it's yours." G smiled and ruffled her hair slightly.

She looked up at him excitedly.  "Realy?!" She asked a bit unsure. G laughed and nodded. "Yes, all yours doll." He leaned over and kissed the top of her head, making her squeel in happiness.

"Awwwww!" Brook wiped away a few happy tears as she watched the two.

"There's more in there." The skeleton smiled down at the overjoyed girl. She looked up excidedly before peeking in the bag again.

She gasped and pulled out a pair of red leggings with beautiful white patterns. They had snowflakes, polar bears and reindeer on them. She hugged these too and gasped at their softness. "Oh G!" She squeeled.

He chuckled and stuck his thumb at Brook. "She picked it all out."

The girl nodded and looked up at her nurse. "T-thank you miss." She whispered.

"Awww don't worry sweety! I had fun!" She said happily.

"There's a bit more in there." G said, poking the girl's arm. She giggled and looked back in.

She pulled out a pair of soft, fuzzy, red knee socks. She rubbed them against her face and giggled.  She looked back in having seen more stuff.

She pulled out a set of three warm ankle socks, then a brown, long and soft long sleeved sleep shirt. It had a cute bear face on the front. It also had a pair of brown and tan matching, warm high socks. The girl gasped excitedly and hugged them, enjoing the warmth.

She started to tear up a bit. "I-I've never had... anything like any of this! I-It's all so warm... and clean! And soooooo soft~" She sighed happily and rubbed her cheek against the soft shirt again.

G and Brook both smiled sadly at the small girl. The nurse had also seen her scars and wounds. Not just the ones she gave herself. She knew that the poor girl must have been through hell.

G pulled Lucy into a hug. "I'm glad you like it. I wanted to make you happy." He said softly.

"Oh G, you didn't need to do this to make me happy, but thank you. Thank you thank you thank you!" She laughed while crying. Brook wiped away more tears.

G sighed and tried not to cry himself. It was hard. Seeing her this happy made his SOUL overflow with joy.

Anything for you doll. I'm not sure if you realy are dying or not... but please, please don't. I haven't been this happy.... this happy since....
