G gave a huge yawn as he awoke. He rubbed at his tired eyesockets and then stretched. But when he stretched, he fell off the bed.
"Waaaa?" He groaned and sat up, rubbing his back. "Huh?" He gazed around the purple room. "Wait purple?" Then it came to him, "Lucy..."
He looked over at the bed he fell out of and saw Lucy sleeping soundly. "Oh doll..." He smiled softly and reached over to touch her soft hair.
Memories of the night before slowly came to him. The girl was burning up with fever, and he got realy worried. She eventually got better, and he stayed with her because he was so worried.
She didn't argue.
She cuddled into him. She relaxed and fell into a peaceful sleep in his arms. It made him feel... well, less like a monster. No pun intended.
He shook his head with a soft smile, then yawned. "Alright. Time to get up. Figure out what the heck I'm doing today...."

It was now 10 in the morning. Beds were made, breakfast had been eaten, and bandages had been changed. Lucy had run another fever, so G got her to take a nap on the couch.
That's where we are now. Lucy fast asleep, G doing dishes and humming to himself. Everything was calm and quiet. The rain had gone and the sun was shining, though it was still cold out.
In a word, it was peaceful. The skeleton wondered how long it would last.
Then, just as if he jinxed life, he heard the front door slam open. He jumped at the sound and quickly grabbed a rag as he ran into the living room to find the intruder.
"Hey punk! Guess who came home early?!" The intruder yelled, causing G to wince and quickly put a phalange to his "lips".
"Undyne?! What are you doing here? You're not supposed to get back till Friday!" He whisper yelled at the intruder. The tall female monster cantered over and tightly wrapped an arm around the skeleton's shoulders.
"Bummer right? Hey?! Why are we whispering?!" She whisper yelled very close to where his ear would be.
"Ah!" G winced yet again and hunched his shoulders, a reflexive motion, trying desperatly to find relief for his poor non-existent ears. "We? I didn't know you where whispering!" He sassed at her, still whisper yelling.
"Hah! I could do worse!" She threatened, their voices not really registering as whispers anymore.
"Just stop! Be quiet and come with me to explain why you're here!" The skeleton huffed and brushed his friend off. He turned to head towards the kitchen, but the other monster had other ideas.
"Eek!" G yellped when his friend grabbed his shoulder and yanked hard to make him turn back to her. "No. You explain the whispering! And you would normaly be super excited to see me! And why the hell aren't you at work? You never take a day off unless there's an emergency, something urgent or super special!" She practically growled at him.
Her intimidating glare made a few beads of sweat roll down G's skull. His jaw hung open slightly and his single yellow orb of an eye was constricted.
A noise from the couch caught both monster's attention.
"What the fu-" The female let go of the intimidated skeleton and stepped over to the couch.
G freaked out.
"U-Undyne you're right! Haha! I am so happy to see you!" He jumped at the woman and grabbed her arm. She shook him off, making him fall over.
The skeleton watched in horror as his friend gazed over the back of the couch.
"Why why why why why why why why why why why?!?!?!"

Ok Im SOOOOOO sorry ive been so absent 😣 our dog never came back, my brother and I left for beach vacation then Orlando for Star Wars Celebration 2017 (BEYOND FREAKN AMAZING) And my tablet has been a complete douch bag 😢 please forgive me!
I was working on a chapter, but it just dragged on and sucked so i scrapped it and decided to just move onto the second phase of the book. THANK. GOD!
The next chapter is in progress, should be out within 2 weeks if I work at it. Thats the hard part now. I have the ideas, I know where im going... im just to damn lazy T.T im so sorry! Please forgive me.
