     Lucy gasped and shook violently when she awoke. This was quickly noticed by G. "Oh my God Lucy, Lucy sweetheart please, please hang on. Don't leave me doll face, please don't leave me." He cried as he rested his forhead against hers again.

     Lucy looked down to see that she was wrapped in one of his shirts, and it was covered in blood now. Her blood. "G-G? H-how did y-you f-find me?" She whispered weakly.

     G quickly shushed her and pulled away from her so he could look into her large, fear filled eyes. "Lucy, Lucy why did you do this?" He whispered. He gulped when he saw that her blood was still pouring.

     The girl started crying softly. "I-I d-did it t-to k-keep you s-safe." She said through sobs. Her teeth were clanking from the cold and her body was shaking from weakness.

     G shook his head and nuzzled the backs of her hands. "No baby, doing this isn't keeping me safe from anything. I promise." He wanted so badly to hold her and stroke her hair or wipe the tears away from her dull eyes and whisper softly in her ear that everthing would be ok. But he couldn't do any of that. If he let go of her wrists, she was sure to bleed out and die, very soon.

     The bleeding girl nodded in protest to his protesting. "Yes! I-I couldn't hurt you. Y-You've b-been so k-kind to me! I-I would only h-hurt you!" Her tiny voice wailed in pain and sorrow.

     'Why did he h-have to f-find me?!'  She wondered as she tried to pull away from him.

      "Lucy?! Sweetheart... this, hurts me more than anything you could ever do. Knowing that I couldn't make you happy enough to want to live-"

     "You did!" She interupted with a shriek. "I wanted SO badly to stay! To be with you! T-To see you s-smile, a-and dance! To h-hear your deep l-laughs... I-I've n-never b-been so h-happy..." The girl stared deep into his dark eyesockets and cried rivers as she tried so hard to explain to him how she felt.

     "Then why... why would you run away and try to kill yourself?" The skeleton questioned with a whisper.

     The girl gave a shaky sigh as she looked away. "I-I...d-didn't want to h-hurt you." She whispered sadly.

     "Lucy, look at me." He instructed softly, trying desperatly to look into her eyes.

     The girl turned reluctantly.

     "Baby doll, how, would you have hurt me?" He asked with begging eyes. He was trying so hard to wrap his head around all of this.

     "I-I... I wanted to l-leave... before I... b-broke your h-heart..." She sobbed softly.

     "But to kill yourself? A-and what do you mean, 'break my heart'?!" He tilted his head in sad confusion as he gave a face to match.

     The girl smiled sadly, much to G's suprise. Then spoke softly, her voice smooth and melodious as an angel, "I was going to die anyways." She whispered.

     G blinked in confusion, "W-what?" He whispered hoarsley.

     However, before the girl could explain, her eyes closed and she slumped as she lost consciousness.

     "Dammit!" G yelled through tears as he picked the girl up quickly. His eye flamed yellow, but just before he used his magic, his father called to him.

     'No wait G! Don-'
