You've helped me find so much that was missing in myself Lucy. I promise to take care of you. I promise to protect you. You're my angel of hope.

Lucy sighed as she stepped out of the green and yellow, steamy bathroom and into the cold purple guest room. She shivered and pulled the large, fluffy white towel tightly around her.

She stepped over to the bunk bed, and on the bottom bunk were some extra clothes G had left for her. There were two pairs of soft black shorts and a three shirts, all too big for her but too small for him. He also supplied a few pairs of socks and another hoodie, this one grey with a weird emblem on it.

The emblem was a black shield with a man on it. Well his head, and he was wearing a weird helmet. Two swords were behind him and over his head was a word. R A I D E R S. 'Huh...'

Lucy shrugged it off then smiled seeing a purple shirt. She took it and then went over to the dresser to find warmer pants.

She found a pair of dark blue sleep pants with blue police boxes on it. She thought this strange, but decided they would work. It was so cold, she didn't think G would mind if she wore sleep pants.

After doning the shirt and pants, she threw on the grey hoodie as well. She felt slightly uncomfortable not having a bra, but she would just have to deal with it for now.

As she walked down the hall towards the kitchen, she could hear G's soft voice -in an almost giddy tone- as he was in a conversation with someone.

"Ah really? Oh that's great! Thank you so much, I promise to give an update as soon as I know when I can come back, thanks again Usagi! Alright, bye." After hanging up he gave a relieved sigh.

He looked up in shock when Lucy slid through the doorway and fell on her behind. She made a slightly pained face and pulled on her hair, giving an angry huff. The skeleton thought that was adorable.

He grinned and bent down at the hip to look at her, "So, what happened here kitten?" He asked teasingly. The girl looked up at him and gave another huff.

"Your socks are slippery. And too big." She said in a most adorable tone.

G laughed and helped her up. "Well at least you have some. Pretty ungrateful if ya ask me." He said as he picked her up and sat her down on a chair at the table.

Lucy frowned and looked downed in shame. "I-I'm sorry... Thank you G-G." She whispered.

The skeleton's single yellow orb, rolled in his left eyesocket. "Aw come on, I'm just teasn' ya kid. Don't worry bout it." He said with a smile as he set a cup of hot chocolate in front of her.

The girl took it eagerly and blew on it before sipping it and giving a satisfied moan. She sunk into the chair and pulled her grey hood up for extra warmth.

G gave had a pitied look. "Hey, you look cold doll face."

The girl nodded, not realizing it was extreamly obvious. G only chuckled at her innocence. "Well I called Fleetwood Mac, that's what we call our handy man, and he said he'd see what's being done about the power. We live pretty close to downtown, so it shouldn't take too long." He said sitting across from the girl with his own cup of coco.

"Oh, and I mentioned the gutter, he said that other apartments have the same problem. He's gonna get to them as soon as the power comes back on." He added before pulling his phone from his pocket.

He gave a sigh and thumbed around a bit. "Well it's gonna be cold and rainy again tonight. Today is gonna be colder than yesterday. Whhhyyyyyy?!" He whined like a little kid.
