Percy's POV
Leo's siblings swarmed around him once they got over their shock that he wasn't dead. They kept asking him how he survived the explosion, which Leo refused to answer, "Magician's secret, kid," he told his youngest brother, who was in awe of the fire user. However, more importantly, they wanted to see Festus. Annabeth had to go in and get them away from poor Calypso. She was looking really freaked out.
"Guys, guys, you need to give Leo and Calypso some space," she said, shooing them away. Annabeth looked at one of his sisters, Nyssa and told her to take the metal dragon to Bunker Nine and give him some motor oil.
Chiron came over and introduces himself to Calypso, who seemed intimidated by the centaur.
"Calypso, you can stay in the big house, where you can have some privacy," Chiron said, "And Leo will stay in his cabin,"
"But Chiron, I need to make sure she's safe- "
"No buts, Leo. The big house is perfectly safe, and I'm sure she's very tired You can see her in the morning."
Leo yawned. "Fine,"
"Goodbye, Leo. Make sure you get you beauty rest."
"Bye, Sunshine" Leo said, turning towards the cabins.
"Now, Annabeth, would you be so kind as to show Calypso to the guest rooms, and get her some clean clothes from the camp shop?"
"Sure,"
I was standing in the background. She hadn't seen me yet, but as I slipped out of the shadows, she turned and looked straight at me.
"Percy?"
Annabeth whipped around. Her eyes were telling me to explain myself to her.
"Umm, hi Calypso. I don't think you've been formally introduced, but this is my girlfriend, Annabeth."
Calypso's expression was cold. I'm pretty sure she hated me.
"I'll be going now," I said, practically sprinting away from those eyes.
Annabeth POV:
I turned back to Calypso. "I'm sorry about Percy. He has no idea how to act towards you, especially in front of his girlfriend."
"It's fine," she said, looking back over her shoulder, "I'm just thinking of broken promises. Percy told me that he would make the gods let me go free."
"He tried. When we defeated Kronos, he made it a part of his gift from the gods that they would release all children of titans who had been imprisoned. They promised on the River Styx, but they just hadn't gotten around to it."
"Really?" she asked me.
"Yeah, really," I said. "Now, I can give you a better tour tomorrow, but for now, all you need to know is the big house." I gave her a brief tour of the big house, and then left her in the guest room.
"I think I have something that would fit you pretty well. I'll go get it,"
I ran back to my cabin and grabbed a spare CHB t-shirt and a pair of sweats, bringing them back up to Calypso. I stepped outside while she changed, then came back inside.
"Do you need anything else?" I asked her.
"No, thank you," she said, but are you Annabeth?"
"Yes," I said, pausing at the door frame.
"Nothing, just...I see why Percy left Ogygia,"
I didn't know how to respond to that, so I just said, "Goodnight, Calypso,"
