The One With The Fireworks

Bliss.

That was how Dan would describe how he felt ever since he had got back from Berkshire.

When he had woken up the next morning after Phil had told him that he loved him Dan was almost sure he was dreaming but there was Phil sitting beside him with a smile on his face.

"Did you sleep well?" Phil asked.

Dan nodded.

"Did you?" 

"Yeah I always sleep well when you are with me" Phil answered.

Dan smiled as Phil kissed him.

"Come on get up now we have to get home"

Dan nodded sitting up yawning a little before getting up and heading to the bathroom for a quick shower.

He came out to find the room empty as he quickly dressed into a T-shirt and jeans and headed downstairs as well.

His family was already having breakfast.

"Good morning Dan," his mum said. 

"Morning," Dan said as he sat down next to Phil and took a piece of toast.

"I'll miss you two so much," his mum said.

"Yeah. Dan, you should bring Phil here soon," his dad said.

"Yeah we will definitely visit," Phil said.

"Where's Blake?" Dan asked.

"He slept over at some friends' house last night," his mum said.

"Oh"

"It's almost time for us to leave," Phil said looking at his phone.

Dan nodded finishing his glass of juice.

"I had such a good time here guys. Thank you" Phil said hugging both of Dan's parents.

"It was all our pleasure," Dan's dad said.

"Yes we loved having you here"

"One warning, though don't even think about hurting my son," Dan's dad said. 

"Dad," Dan said in an annoyed tone.

"I am just joking," he said hugging Dan. "But you tell me if he hurts you in any way"

Dan was now blushing.

"I can assure you that I will never hurt Dan. I love him too much"

At this point, Dan wanted to dig a hole and bury himself right there.

He was then hugged by his mum and then they got ready to leave.

They got a taxi to the station and boarded a train back to London.

This time Dan had fallen asleep on the train.

When they finally reached in London the first thing they did was to pick up Snowball from Taryn's house and for the first time ever she didn't run to Dan first but Phil and licked his face.

"She missed you a lot," Dan laughed.

"Yes look at her just licking me like that. She never does that,"

Dan laughed as they went back into the car and soon Snowball left Phil and curled up on Dan's lap.

"Guess it didn't last long," Phil sighed making Dan laugh.

They drove back to their building and without second thought Dan went to Phil's house and sat down on the couch exhausted.

"Are you hungry?"
