In Celadon's Hospital

"We're not seeing anything wrong with your son, sir. His head is fine and his brain waves appear to be normal." The doctor stated as he looked over William's scans.

"'Appear to be normal'? Do you mind clarifying that for me, doctor?" William's father asked. They were both standing outside of the bay so neither William nor the man and his Tangrowth could hear them.

"Well, I don't see anything wrong with them." The doctor said with an assuring smile. "They just appear to be slightly abnormal. You said he hit his head? Make sure he gets plenty of rest, check back with us in a couple of days, and he should be back to normal by then."

"Good." The father breathed. "Thank you, doctor. We will be checking back with you."

The doctor nodded. "I'll get you your son's dismissal forms."

William's father sighed with relief as he walked back into the bay to find his son still speaking to the older patient. His son had called him Jude, right? He cleared his throat, drawing the attention of both males. "We'll be leaving soon. Very soon."

Jude's expression fell, while William sighed heavily. "Dad, not now. I'm a little busy. We're nearly done."

"William, you are still bothering this man." The father turned to face Jude. "So sorry, once more, for my son's behavior. You do not need to keep humoring him."

"Thank you, but with all due respect your son is helping me." Jude stated with harsh politeness. "Tangrowth and I will leave once my daughter and son have been located. Hopefully, it will not be much longer?"

William shook his head. "Your son...is arriving rather quickly. As for your daughter...oh. Oh, no. She's leaving."

"Leaving? Where?"

"William, stop with this nonsense right now! Sir, I'm sorry, but--" William's father was cut off as Jude shook his head.

"Please, leave us for a moment."

The man was silent. It was getting harder to convince Jude to leave, and soon who knew if this man would even allow them to leave? "I'll go check with the doctor...again. Check on the dismissal forms."

Jude just nodded, not completely listening to what William's father was saying. All he heard was the boy's father walking out of the bay and down the hall.

William was quiet for a moment. "For another hospital. She is...safe. She's safe."

"And my son?"

"He'll be here shortly."

Jude gave the boy a grateful smile as he leaned back in his chair. "Thank you, Will. You do not know how--"

"Bill."

"Beg pardon?"

"Long; my name is William. Short; it's Bill. It's kind of a family name. My first son is going to be Bill too." William explained. "As you were saying? Or were you just going to continue thanking me?"

Jude chuckled. "I am in your debt."

"Hehe, think nothing of it." William's face suddenly darkened as he looked straight through the older man. "..."

"William? Bill? What's wrong? What do you see?" Jude and Tangrowth asked in unison.

William blinked as his lips formed into a frown. "...Nothing good. Your son needs to get here, now."

What William Saw

A couple miles away

A little Eevee Poke-human by the name of Charlie was being transported in the back of a limo with three other young Poke-humans. There used to be a couple more, but they were all 'delivered' at earlier stops. They were all scared of what was to come. How would they be used? Where would they end up? Were they to be used as battling Pokemon or as pets? Which was worse?
