A/N: It's canon. All of it. All of it is canon. Merry Friday the 13th, everyone :)

I sighed, and knocked on Leo's door. Earlier in the day, he had texted me:

'GET OVER HERE! SOMETHING EXTREMELY URGENT IS HAPPENING. PLS CONE OVAL IMMEDIATELY.'

'*come over'

I was curious as to what the urgent thing was, but knowing Leo, it probably wasn't as urgent as he said it was. However, as soon as I knocked on the door, Leo quickly dragged me inside, and whispered,

"Finally! You're here! I need to ask you something, since you're a girl, and I'm going to give you the stereotype that you're a love expert."

"I don't understand love a hundred percent," I said, "But I can give you advice on it, though. What's up?"

"How do you impress people?" Leo asked, "Like... no... a person. How do you impress someone that you like?"

"Ready for some generic advice?" I asked. Leo nodded, and I said,

"Be yourself. And be confident. Flowers always make a good impression, too."

"Wow, generic," Leo laughed, "But a little less so coming from another human being."

I nodded, then asked,

"Why do you need advice, anyways? I think people everywhere are dying to be your significant other, so... why do you need help? This person would be coming to you, not the other way around!"

"Uh..." Leo began, a fierce blush on his face, "I need help because... it's... my friend."

"Who?" I asked, leaning forward. Leo's face turned almost completely red, and he mumbled,

"Ryan... I mean... Braken. Doesn't matter, he's the same person. But that's who."

"Aw..." I excitedly squealed, "That's so cute! When are you asking?"

"Today, hopefully," Leo replied. He nervously drummed his fingers against his leg, then flopped down next to me and whispered,

"I'm slightly terrified. I mean, we're friends, yeah. But I'm asking him to be more than that, and... it's just..."

He cut off his sentence, and sighed, then took off the necklace he was wearing - the one that hid his wings. He threw it off to the side and said,

"Won't be needing that."

Then he mumbled,

"I just need to grab something from my room. Give me a second."

He ran up the stairs, and I called up after him,

"Where's Gabe?"

"Sleeping," he replied, "I'll wake him up, too."

After he disappeared upstairs, there was a moment of silence, then I heard Gabe shout,

"WHAT THE HELL, LEO?"

A few seconds later, he stormed downstairs, and flopped down next to me and whispered,

"That bastard woke me up. With a nice, refreshing slap to the face. I think my nose is broken."

"Overdramatic, much?" Leo asked, walking down the stairs, "Come on, it wasn't that hard."

Gabe rolled his eyes, then glanced over at the door as the doorbell rang.

"That's Braken," Leo said. He answered the door, and was almost instantly bowled over by Braken, who wrapped him into a tight hug.
