The Big Night

-Josh-

It's Saturday morning and I cant stop thinking about Cady. What if she doesn't like me anymore because of what I did. I want to make sure she's okay. I'm going to call her, yeah I'm going to call her right now. I dialled her number and waited for her to pick up. She answered pretty quickly and just the sound of her voice saying hello sent shivers down my spine. I really did love her.

"Um hi Cady. I just wanted to make sure you were okay after what happened yesterday. And about the date, you don't have to if you don't want to."

"No I want to, I definitely want to, I like you Josh. It doesn't matter if the fans find out!"

"Oh! Well, um, what are you doing tonight then?"

"Nothing at all"

"I will come pick you up at around 8:30, from the restaurant"

"sounds lovely, see you there"

As she hung up the phone I threw my head into my pillow and screamed, I was so happy, she actually likes me. Now I just need to remember how to get to the restaurant.

I'm so glad I came to my senses and realised I actually did really like Josh. I messaged Taylor to say I had a date for tonight, and that it was someone she knew. When I told her it was Josh Cuthbert from Union J she screamed down the phone at me. Turns out she was a rather big fan of Union J, I never knew that about her. I hadn't been to the supermarket in ages, so there was no food there I could have for lunch. I threw a pair of leggings on and pulled a baggy jumper over my head. I went to go get a few things from the shop across the road, a sandwich, some crisps, a bar of chocolate, I also got a bar of galaxy for Josh. Taylor told me it was his favourite, I also bought a bottle of pepsi to give him seeing as that was kind of how we met. I got back and stuck a film on while I ate my lunch, if you could call it that.

I must have fallen asleep on the sofa because when I opened my eyes it was 4 o clock. It takes me half an hour to get to the restaurant from my house which means I have roughly 2 hours to get ready. I ran up the stairs and picked out what I wanted to wear. I chose my black lacy dress to wear with a pair of black high heels. I hung the dress on the door of my wardrobe and took a quick shower. Once I had finished in the shower I wrapped a towel around me and sat down in front of my dressing table to do my make up. My biggest dilemma was how to wear my hair, it would help if I knew what we were doing on our date. I decided to straighten my hair and put it up in a high pony. before I knew it, it was quarter to 6 and I still wasn't dressed. I quickly jumped in my dress and zipped it up I put my shoes on and grabbed my bag.

I actually got to the restaurant a bit early well 5 minutes early. I sat down at the same table the boys sat at when they came here. Josh walked in at exactly half past 6 he was looking around but couldn't see me, so I decided to whistle to get his attention. I don't know why, I just did. He walked over to me as I stood up. He kissed me on the cheek and said

"You look beautiful"

"You don't look too bad yourself, so where are we going?"

"It's a surprise"

She looked beautiful, I cant believe she got there early either! I'm normally the first person to arrive at a date, maybe she was just eager. I didn't tell her where we were going I wanted it to be a surprise, but I really hope she will like it. She handed me a galaxy bar and a bottle of pepsi, I giggled to myself because they were my favourites, I feel bad though because I didn't get her anything, whoops!
