-Cady-
It has been one week since Josh and I got engaged. And we had already decided on a date, two months from now, the 22nd of May. Partly because their manager had to agree to give the boys some time off, an it was the only month everyone could agree on. However this week we would be planning our big day, I was taking Taylor, Cat and Josh's sister Victoria (my bridesmaids) to look at all the dresses. I sent out Josh, George, JJ and Jaymi to sort out their suits and the catering, I wouldn't be surprised if they booked dominos pizza. Anyway, me and the girls planned a route to go to all the wedding dress shops and off we went. We were going to be meeting the boys for lunch somewhere soon, so we got a move on. It actually didn't take us long to find the perfect bridesmaid dresses, so now it was just mine to go. We had been round all the shops and started to feel a little hopeless, I hadn't found that perfect dress yet, where were we meant to go next. The answer to that was lunch, we were sat on the pavement as we saw the boys walking along the pavement opposite
"Oh hey, look its the bridesmaid parade!" George yelled, waving like crazy
"Hey that rhymed!" JJ said
"Hey, I'm a poet and I didn't know it"
"Oh my god I cant believe I am friends with you people" Jaymi said, all of this we could here from the other side of the road. We didn't have any of the dresses with us at the moment because the had to be sent off and tailored, so we all picked up our handbags and walked over to the boys. I was actually a little upset that I hadn't found a dress yet, an Josh could read me like a book,
"What's wrong babe? I thought you were looking forward to planning this?"
"I was looking forward to it, I just cant find a dress."
"Well you could where anything, even jeans and still look beautiful."
"Thanks babe" He kissed me on the tip of my nose as we walked along the pavement in a group towards a little posh restaurant.
Once we had finished eating we all set off planning again, by this time I should have had a dress, so are schedule was a little messed up. I told the girls to go ad sort out the venue and flowers while I continued looking for that perfect dress. The boys were going to sort out the reception. I was walking along the street and passed a shop window. I found it, that was the dress I wanted. It was ivory, and flowed straight down to the floor, it wasn't puffy at all. There was two sections that overlapped at the front as the chest piece which was covered in diamantes, leaving the back open. That was the one I wanted, I tried on all the sizes until I found a perfect fit and looked for the veil and shoes. That was simple and soon I had everything sorted. Seeing as I didn't know where everyone was, I got a taxi home to sort out the seating arrangements. I text everyone so the didn't get worried., 'I've gone home to sort out the seating arrangements! Have fun planning, Cady x P.S I found a dress ;)'. Me and Josh already had a plan of the tables on our coffee table in the living room, we just had to decide where everyone was sitting. We had red flag for my guests and blue for Josh's, each of them with the guests names written on. I had finished that pretty quickly, so I stuck a film on and waited for Josh. He came home pretty soon after, and joined me on the sofa, looking shattered.
"You want to go to bed?" I whispered
"That sounds like perfection"
We walked up to bed and flung our clothes over the chair in the corner I asked Josh if could borrow one of his tops to sleep in and he chucked me one from the wardrobe. We both fell asleep really quickly, it had been a long day.
