The Good News

The next morning I woke up next to Cady, we must have fallen asleep pretty quickly because we hadnt moved from that position. Cady was still asleep so I tried to move away from her as gently as I could, I wanted to make her breakfast. I went downstairs and opened the fridge to see what food she had, turns out she didnt have any because there was nothing in there, I asked myself 'how could someone go without food'. I found her phone on the table and saw Taylor's number. I dialled the number and she aswered really quickly. I was whispering because I didnt want to wake up Cady.

"Taylor? Its Josh Cuthbert, I need some help"

"OH MY GOD! Um how can I help you Joshua Thomas John Cuthbert?"

"I need some food, lots of it, can you come shopping with me?"

"It would be my absolute pleasure meet you outside in 10 minutes"

I waited for Taylor outside and we walked to the supermarket, I asked her what Cady's favourite breakfast was and Cady said she absolutely loved waffles, pancakes, croissants, and a full english breakfast. I thought that was a bit much, but I decided to go for all ofthe sweet stuff. We found everything we needed and I went back to Cady's. I walked in through the door and Cady was still asleep. I searched through the drawers for a whisk, I found an apron too. I made the pancake and waffle mix and put the oven on to heat the croissants. It started to get really hot in the kitchen so I took my shirt off. I made 4 Pancakes, 4 waffles and 4 croissants, 2 of each for each of us. My tracskuit bottoms and my apron got covered in pretty much everything so I took my tracksuit bottoms off, leaving just my boxers and apron. I had better get some clothes on before Cady comes down here. I plated everything up and out them on the breakfast bar infront of me. I saw Cady walk downstairs so I panicked because I practically had no clothes on. Cady just laughed at me. She saw all the food and the whisk in my hand

"Aw Josh, you shouldnt have"

"But I wanted to"

I hadn't told Cady that I had to go to a really important meeting today, I didnt want to, I wanted to stay here with her. But my manager would kill me. We both sat down and talked whilst taking the first bite of the pancakes. We started to chew then both of us slowly stopped and ran to the sink giggling. We both spat out the disgusting pancakes I made and started to have an uncontrolable laughing fit. I sat her down and told her about the meeting. She seemed perfectly fine with it.

I came back from the meeting a few hours later. It was good news, but it was bad news. I sat Cady down on the sofa to tell her what our manager had told us. She had a smile on her face, but I didn't want to upset her.

"Cady, our manager told us that we are going on tour"

"Oh my god thats fantastic! Im so proud of you!" She gave me the biggest hug in the world.

"The thing is Cady, we leave tonight, amd we are going to be gone 3 months, its a european tour and I dont want to leave you" The smile disappeared from Cady's face and I felt like crying, I love her so much, we have only been together about a week and I don't want this time to end.

"Oh"

"I have an idea, go pack a suitcase, you're coming with us on tour!"

"But Josh..."

"Go, Cady you are going to come with us and that is that"
