Pay A Visit

-Cady-

It must have been about 4 in the morning when a loud banging noise woke me up. I realised it was someone trying to get in the house. They kept banging on the door, it got louder and louder. I backed away and tried to get out of the back door, but  before i could the door I had fallen down to the floor and a rather angry looking man approached me. It took a while but i finally realised who it was, it was Luke. He lifted the newpspaer to my face shouting at me, calling me a slag. It had been months since I saw him. Before I knew it I was on the floor, a pool of blood surrounded me and I realised he hadnt just punched me this time, there was a stab wound in my side. My phone was by my side I managed to reach over to it and dial 999, but that was all I could do, the pain started to take over. I gasped and whined down the phone, I could just manage to say 'ambulance'.

-Taylor-

It was about 4 in the morning, I heard sirens outside waking me up. They pulled up outside Cady's house and my heart started beating faster. I ran outside, still in my pyjamas. I saw the paramedics wheel her out of the house. Blood stained her clothes and I could see a stab wound in her side. I was crying and shouting, I asked one of the paramedics what had happened. He asked me who I was and I said I was her bestfriend, he told me to go and get a few things she might want for the hospital. I grabbed a bag and stuffed a few things in. On the floor in her living room was her phone splattered with blood. I thought it would be best if I took it with me. I had to tell Josh, if she didnt answer his texts or calls, he would get so worried. I found his number in her phone and rang him, tears still falling on my face.

"Hey babe! It's 4 in the morning what are you doing up?"

"Josh it's Taylor, something has happened to Cady"

"What? What's happened is she alright?"

"She's in hospital, someone has stabbed her" I could hear Josh starting to cry

"Oh my god, I have to come see her"

And with that Josh hung up the phone.

-Josh-

Oh my god, someome has stabbed Cady. I couldnt help but think the worst, most people who get stabbed, don't survive. What if this happened because of the newspaper. I was crying and I wandered down the hotel corridor to George's room, he answered and saw my tear stained face. He yelled down the corridor for JJ and Jaymi. They came running down the corridor, and saw i was crying still. We all sat on the floor by George's bed.

"Boys, I need to go"

"Josh, if this is about Cady, we can't let you do this. We need you on tour, and its silly to go back just for her" Jaymi said

I hadn't told the boys about the newspaper yet

"In her local newspaper this morning, there was a front page article, about us, me and Cady. In the picture we were kissing, and crying at the airport. She was really upset about it and..."

"And what Josh, you can tell us" JJ said, my breathing started to get heavier and the teras were falling on my face even more rapidly.

"Someone else obviously was upset about it too"

"What are you talking about?" George said

"Her house got broken into when she was asleep, and um...someone...um...stabbed her"

The boys were exchanging looks before piling on top of me to give me a massive hug.

"You should go, you need to be with Cady"

The boys and I went back into my room and they helped me pack up a few things. We went to go and talk to our manager. He wasnt too happy about it, he didnt even know about Cady. All the boys backed me up, and our manager finally agreed to let me go. I rang for a taxi to take me to the airport.

I arrived back in London at 3 o clock, Taylor was going to meet me at the airport to take me straight to the hospital. All of my thoughts were roaming around in my head.

"She's going to be alright isn't she?" I asked Taylor, she didnt say anything.

"Taylor?! I mean, she is awake, right?!"

"Josh, she isn't awake, she has been unconscious ever since she was stabbed"

I just really wanted to be with Cady right now, she didnt deserve this. This is all my fault. I was so scared to walk through those hospital doors, I was scared of what I might see. Taylor and I asked what room Cady was in, they asked who we were and I said I was her boyfriend and Taylor was her bestfriend. The nurse looked sorry for us, I was starting to get really worried. She stopped us before opening the door to Cady's room.

"I'm sorry, only one of you can go in"

I looked at Taylor

"You go Josh, you came al this way to see her"

"Thanks Taylor!"

I ran into the room, and right over to the bed and sat on the chair next to her. An oxygen mask covered her face and there was tubes everywhere. I grasped her hand in mine, and that was when I saw the stab wound, the doctors had left it uncovered to treat it. I stroked her face and kissed her on the forehead, I sat back in the chair and waited, waited for a miracle.
