I'm A Werewolf And Your My Mate? WTF? Ch. 3

Ashley's P.O.V.

Mom and I were up in my room packing my things. 

"When do I leave?" I ask realizing that, that question never came up yet.

"In two days. Your father is sending a plane ticket here and you'll be getting picked up at the airport by some guy. He'll be holding up a sign with your name on it." Mom tells me.

"What, he can't pick me up himself?" I question.

"He says that he wants to make sure your room is prepared for your arrival." Mom tells me.

I didn't pack up everything yet, I was going to wait until the day I had to leave. After everything was packed, mom wanted to go out for dinner as a family. 

After the dinner we went home and I immediately went to bed, I was exhausted from today. I was glad it was summer break and that I didn't have to go to school for another month. 

I woke up the next day, showered, got dressed, and then I went downstairs. I saw Derek making breakfast. I went up to him and I poked him in the back, he jumps a bit.

"Damn it Ashley! Don't do that!" He says.

"Your still doing that Ash?" I hear a male voice say.

I turn around. "Paul!" I yell out.

I run over and hug him.

"I heard you were leaving to stay with your dad so I thought I'd come over and see you." Paul says.

I smile at him. See Paul is Derek's son and Paul is like a brother to me. 

"I'm glad your here." I say truthfully.

I see mom come into the kitchen. 

"Come here and give me a hug Paul." Mom says.

Mom and Paul hug each other. I hear noises and I realized that Derek was putting food on the table.

"Eat up." I hear him say.

We sat down. 

"How is college treating you?" Derek asks.

"Good, a bit boring." Paul says.

Paul was getting a degree to be a lawyer, its what he wants to be. 

"You dating anyone?" I ask out of the blue.

Paul's eyes get big. "Um...yeah." He says.

"When do we get to meet her?" Derek asks.

"Soon, I promise." Paul says.
