I'm A Werewolf And Your My Mate? WTF? Ch. 21

Ashley's P.O.V.

I made my way over towards Matt and I sat beside him. He threw an arm around my shoulders and pulled me closer to him. I laid my head on his shoulder and we stayed like that for a moment when I realized that I haven't called my mom in nearly a week. 

"You broke my phone and I'm sure my mom is freaking out that she can't get in contact with me." I said. 

I pulled away from Matt and glared at him. 

"I'm sorry! I thought you were talking to a guy you were seeing." He said.

I could tell that he was getting angry at the thought of me possibly having had someone that I was "seeing". I bawled up my fist and punched his shoulder lightly, he turned his head to me but he didn't look at me with his eyes. 

"Hey." I say. "I'm not mad at you." I finish when he finally looks up at me.

He smiles at me slightly. "I promise you that I will pay for your new phone." He tells me.

I hear a knock on the door, it opens up slightly and my dad's head pops out. 

"Matt, your father called and he wants you home now." Dad says.

Matt takes his arm off my shoulders and he stands up. He turns around to look at me. "See ya tomorrow." He says.

He heads to the door and turns to look at me and waves slightly. 

"Bye Matt." I say, waving back.

He walks out of my room then and dad walks in.

"You know I'm going to have to come with you two for the new phone right?" Dad says.

I nod my head, letting him know that I understand. 

"You know, if you hurry to the front door you can catch up to Matt." He says before leaving. 

I pushed myself off the bed and practically ran out the door and down the stairs to where Matt was. He was about to open up the door when I got over to him. I pushed the door closed and gave him a hug. I felt him hug me back almost immediately. After the hug was over, I pushed myself up slightly so I could reach his forehead and I gave him a kiss. I saw a smile form on Matt's lips as he opened up his eyes. 

"I expect you to be here tomorrow morning so we can get me a new phone, okay?" I tell him.

"Okay Ash, I'll see you in the morning." He says.

This time it was my turn to smile and then I opened the front door for Matt. He starts to walk out when I grabbed his arm. He turns his body slightly to look at me. 

"You better be here in the morning." I say.

"I won't be if you keep grabbing me." He says jokingly. 

I sigh a little and then I slightly pulled him towards me. I pulled him a down a bit and softly kissed his lips. After the kiss, I literally pushed him out the door and began to shut it.

"I'll see you in the morning Matt." I say before fully closing the door.

"Hey, wait a minute." Matt says on the other side of the door.

I lock the door and threw on the latch as well. I turned around and saw my dad standing there with his arms crossed.

"Um...how long have you been standing there?" I ask.

"Long enough young lady. Has your mother discussed the birds and the bees with you?" Dad answers with a question of his own.

My face began to feel flush with embarrassment. "Oh my God dad, do not go there." I tell him.

"Answer me Ashley. Has she given you the talk?" He demands.

I nod my head. "She has and so has Derek. Please do not give me the talk either." I answer. 

I lower my head and look down at my feet suddenly finding them very interesting to look at.

"Ashley, look at me." I hear dad say.

I lift my head up and stare at my dad. Was I about to hear the talk from him too?

"Go up to your room young lady." He says.

I breathe out a sigh of relieve and I head to the steps.

"I'll be up in a little bit to give you the talk." Dad says.

I turn around instantly. "Please don't. It was embarrassing enough being told twice." I begged him. 

He laughed a little and then his face hardened up. "Alright, I won't. Now get going." He says.

I quickly rushed up the stairs and when I got to the top, I heard my dad laugh a little more. I let out a nervous laugh and then I walked into my bedroom where I closed the door and sighed loudly.
