"So how are you doing?" Ali asks as he seats himself on the branch beside me.

I smile. "Better. It's getting better. I'm just here for the stars and the peace and quiet."

Ali laughs. "Sorry, man. I'm here now. So what happened then? You arrived at my lobby early in the morning yesterday and dragged me and Nade out to do TDM. You were killing with a vengeance."

I shrug. "The Sidemen and Pack... they walked in on me at a weak moment. I showed them the Dead By Daylight video. I had to get something out of my system before going back."

"It's cool, man," Ali says. "I get it."

I smile and look back up at the stars. My watch burns and I lazily look at it.

TBJZL joined the game.

I raise my eyebrows and look at Ali, who's also glancing at his watch. "Tobi's here."

My watch burns again.

TBJZL: Erm, hi. Vik?

CraftBattleDuty: Hey dood

I type back a response.

Vikkstar123: Hey, man. I'll come pick you up. Everyone, say hi to my boi Tobi.

I stand up in the tree and grin at Ali. "Wanna come and meet Tobi?"

"Absolutely," Ali agrees, accepting my hand up.

We mount our horses and tear off in the direction of spawn.

My watch burns repeatedly with greetings to Tobi.

We slow down as we reach the buildings as to not crash, and I spot Tobi wandering around aimlessly.

"Tobi!" I call out.

Tobi's head snaps towards me and he grins, jogging over. "Hey Vikk."

"What are you doing here?" I ask, sliding off Blackjack.

Tobi pulls me into a quick hug and claps me on the back. "FIFA was getting boring so I decided to come here."

I grin at him, pulling back from the hug. "Tobi, this is my friend, Ali."

Ali steps forward and shakes hands with Tobi. "Nice to meet you, man. Vikk's told me loads about you."

"Nice to meet you too," Tobi replies with an easy grin. "You're the COD legend?"

Ali shoots a playful glare at me and I shove him lightheartedly.

"Wanna come see the Salty Lagoon?" I ask Tobi, swiftly mounting my horse.

"Sure," Tobi agrees readily, though looking hesitantly at my horse.

I offer Tobi my hand as Ali mounts his horse. Tobi accepts it and I heave him up.

"Hold on," I advise.

Tobi awkwardly wraps his arms around my waist as we start moving. Quickly, Blackjack is at a full canter, Ali right by my side.

"Vikk!" Ali calls. "I'm gonna head back home."

I nod and Ali breaks away from me.

Eventually we reach the Salty Lagoon where Lachlan is doing some fishing in the waters.

Lachlan calls out a greeting to Tobi and he manages to get off Blackjack. I bring Blackjack around the lake and into the stables.

When I reemerge, Tobi and Lachlan are chatting away to each other.
