Vikkstar123
Today's options are Minecraft, Overwatch, Golf With Friends and UNO.The only option I want to do is Minecraft really, but the others are nervous about me doing it. Maybe it's the whole dying over and over thing. Too many bad memories or something like that.
It's been a week since I woke up and only now have they let me go. They kept me up to date with everything on HTM, which is nice I suppose. They'd waited for my word to do anything with the nether portal and Gudjon's sword.
I can remember when Lachlan just suddenly brought it up.
Lachlan had smiled at me, before abruptly changing topic. "What do you want us to do with the portal and Gudjon's sword?"
I had tensed. "Destroy it. I don't care."
I was transported back in time. I could almost feel Gudjon's breath on my ear as I bled out onto the stone bricks.
"Don't forget me," he'd whispered before disappearing.
Moments later my friends had arrived.
"You sure you're ready for this?" Lachlan asks me, helping me limp towards the portal.
"Yeah." I shrug. "I can move. And my leg doesn't hurt too much when I step on it. I still can't use my right arm, but I don't think I'll be wielding a sword for a while."
"That's not what I meant." Lachlan nudges me. "Try again."
"Honestly, I don't know." I sigh. "Did you destroy Gudjon's stuff and the portal?"
Lachlan shrugs before changing the topic. "I got rid of my spawnpoint so I'll arrive with you at spawn."
"Did you arrange the meeting with the others?" I ask.
Lachlan nods, his eyes lighting up. "I can't believe we're so close to escaping."
We've arranged for all of our Minecraft friends, not just the ones on HTM, to meet us at my house on the HTM server.
"See ya, guys."
I wave absentmindedly to the Sidemen as they enter their separate portals. The Pack file into the portal in front of me, talking to each other.
I step through the portal and look around the familiar surroundings. At my feet, someone must've cleaned up my blood. But I freeze when I see the nether portal.
"Vikk?" Lachlan asks behind me, stepping up beside me.
"What is this?" I ask stiffly.
"Read it," he replies simply.
The nether portal has been encased in glass blocks and Gudjon's sword is resting against the bottom of it. I can clearly recognise it by its green tinge. On either side of the portal is a sign. I step closer to read it.
Proof of the day Vikkstar123 faced his demons - and won.
I freeze up slightly before relaxing. "I guess Simon told you then?"
"Yeah," Lachlan says, holding my hand. "It messed him up. You shouldn't have said that about Calfreezy to him."
I shouldn't have said a lot of things.
"I know." I sigh slightly. "I took it back immediately. If it was any other time than that, I wouldn't have regretted it, but I didn't want Simon dwelling on something like that if Gudjondaniel had taken me."
"Do you like it?" Lachlan asks.
"Yeah," I say after a pause. "But I'm not sure about winning. He killed me. And put me in a coma for a week."
