Ace X Anorexia!Reader

Me: I got this idea while I was dealing my shit off this week, and my BF told me I got a bit paler and skinnier than normal, I don't know how he saw it since I'm not the type to wear curvy shirts and my shirt would always be a bit bigger than my own body. 

Marco: And-yoi?

Me: Welp, I'm on a 'not-so' strict diet that consisted of apples all day. It worked but for someone who likes to eat A LOT like me, its tough.

Ace's POV

Is it just me or (Y/N) got skinnier? And why is her (S/C) looked paler than usual? Is she into make-up now? But she's always beautiful even without those heavy powders on her face, she's a true goddess to me. Why does she rarely smiles? And why have she been avoiding our dates? This questions kept ringing in my mind as I saw (Y/N)'s figure slipped through the crowded area that was filled with students. 

I ran back to the school grounds as I decided to talked to her after school, and all my worries were right. Even she won't eat when it was recess, or accept any food except apples or something that looked like a fruit to her. 

I talked with Marco who's in the same class as her, and as I quote "Its a secret" have she been doing something behind my back or something? The thought of her being in another man's arms made my fire boiled as I marched up to her. I saw her figure slowly disappearing as I ran to her and grabbed her wrist, making her turned to me. Her eyes which was once (E/C) had a slight redness in it (If you choose red eyes, imagine the red having a lighter shade of red then the one you choose like light red or slight pink), her eyes widen as my glare had dug deep into her soul. 

"A-ace? What's wrong?" her voice showed a slight timidness than she usually does, which was weird for someone who's always the happy-go-lucky type. "(Y/N).." I leaned to her as she backed away slightly, "Are you free tonight?" I quickly said as I saw her uneasiness. A smile broke upon her lips as she nodded, "Of course, Ace" the way my name rolled off her tongue melted my heart like she usually do. 

Later

That night, I picked her up from her house to see her mother had given me this pity look. I know something was up and I want to know it now, before it is too late. I took the opportunity to stopped in front of a fast food restaurant, and I wasn't surprised to see her shocked look. 

I grabbed her hands in mine as her (E/C) orbs bored into mine, (Y/N) you really need to tell me what's wrong, you looked paler and skinnier than usual..." my grip tightens as I continued, "I'm getting worried, are you hiding something from me?" she quickly shook her head as she hung her head low. "Hate me..." she mumbled under her breathe as I lifted her chin. 

"What was that, sweetheart?" I leaned and kissed the tip of her nose as her face crunched up in a adorable way. She finally opened up to me, saying she wasn't worthy of being with me, calling her names and talked badly about her body. Tears flowed down her cheeks as I pulled her closed to me, "Oh baby, ignore them" I whispered into her ears as she looked up at me. 

I wiped the tears away with my thumb as I continued on, "I don't care about what they say, you're still the same goddess that I fell in love with, and still am" a blush dusted her cheeks as I smiled at her. "I love you, (Y/N) and you don't need to starve yourself to show you're worthy, you already am!" a goofy grin was plastered on my face as a smile perfected her frame. 

"If you worried that much, how about we go to the gym together tomorrow? Or.." I looked away before turning back at her, "We can watch neflix and chill at my place, complete with fluffy blankets, and junk food!" I leaned up to her as she chuckled, "You really are a child, Portgas" I pouted before smiling back, "Only for you" she blushed once more before pointing at the restaurant behind me. 

"We can do the second one tomorrow" she tilted her head as I fist-pumped the air, carefully not harming myself as her laugh filled the car and the journey from our car to the restaurant.
