It's been weeks since he had kidnapped Rebecca and it wasn't easy. Quickly, the whole state knew that she was missing and Finn was the one that did it.

But the problem was that, they had disappeared from the face of the Earth. The precinct was working with Jace and everyone who knew both Rebecca and Finn.

"It's been almost two months... almost two fucking months and we still haven't found him!" Jace exclaimed as he paced the office of the captain. He took a deep breath and apologized for the outburst but the older man just shook his head.

"Son, if anyone that I cared for went missing, I would be the same way." He told him. "What I do want you to do, I want you to go home-"

"I can't... I have t-," Jace was interrupted by the captain's office door opening.

The look that Clyde had on his face told him that something was wrong. Very wrong. He followed his partner to a computer of one of the many detectives and on the screen was Rebecca.

Finn appeared in the video with a sinister smile on his face.

"Hey there Jace. Answers to a few of your questions. Yes, I shot the bitch. No, I'm not going to tell you where I am. No, I'm not going to come quietly. She is a nobody. So I'm gonna finish what I started." He said before moving the camera to Rebecca.

Covered in blood, bruises all over her face and her clothes were ripped.

"I'm not even done with her yet." Finn said and the video ended. Shock and disgust is what ran through Clyde's mind. But Jace was enraged. Disgusted. In shock and sad.

He had no idea where Finn would have gone. They hadn't been that close since he left for Indiana and after that, no words had been exchanged due to Jace catching him with his girlfriend.

"We're going to find this son of a bitch. Do whatever it takes. I want him off the streets!" The police captain shouted and soon everyone was checking the video for any clues and going trough files about Finn.

"We need to get a warrant to search his place," Jace said, a desk phone in hand with the judge's number dialed.

"This is Judge Matthews." The voice of the elderly man answered the phone.

"Judge Matthews, this is Officer Taylor, I know that usually an officer wouldn't ask this but I need a search warrant. Finley Essex James has kidnapped my girlfriend, who he also shot and he is going to kill her soon..." he words were rushed.

The judge began preparing the warrant, hearing the sadness, pain and desperation in the young man's voice.

"Officer Taylor, your warrant will be ready for you in 15 minutes." The older man said before hanging up. Jace wanted nothing more than to hug the man and he might one day.

"I have a warrant for his place coming in 15 minutes." He said to the main detective on the case. William nodded and motioned for him to follow.

"Take off your uniform, just wear a button down. I got a jacket for you and your badge. My boss wants to see what you got." He said, running his hands through his red hair. Quickly doing what he was told, he found himself in a Charger and was speeding to the courthouse.

When they entered his house, they cringed at the smell of drugs, sex, and very bad body odor. Trash was everywhere, more than when Jace visited not so long ago.

William walked into his bedroom and gaped at the shrine of Rebecca, Jace and Diana. He could see that he was absolutely in love with Diana. The blonde cheerleader that everyone loved and everyone wanted to be around. He had few pictures of Miranda as her belly grew with their son, but he had put Diana's face on that of her step-sister, and fell in love with the idea of it being his baby with Diana.
