I dressed into a new suit, I have an important question for Riley tonight. I don't want to mess anything up. I went down stairs and saw Riley in a beautiful white dress. Alice is foreshadowing, isn't she?
"You ready to go?" I asked after I got over her beauty. She only nodded her head in response.
We drove to a beautiful beach, where a table and dinner for her was set up. I knew it was a good idea to leave it to Esme and Rosalie.
"This is one of my favorite sports around here. I love being by the ocean." I explain to her.
"I know the feeling."
"You should come back to school." I try to convince her. She's been staying at home more often than not.
"No, I think I'm good. Technically, I could go to college if I wanted to, but seeing as it's the end of the school year, I can't."
"I have no doubt about that, but I wish that I could see you more often. Honestly I wish that I could be with you all day, every day." Riley was speechless, which is one of the few times that ever happens.
"Uh, thanks." I then kneeled to the ground and pulled out a ring.
"I want to marry you, doesn't have to be anytime soon. It can be in a hundred years if it as to be. I love you. I hope that you will accept it."
Thankfully, she accepted. We're going to wait a little while, but I would wait a million years to marry her.
