I asked the office if Riley could shadow me, so she would follow me to my classes.

Riley felt okay for the first few classes, only uncomfortable because people were staring at her.

Right now, it's lunch. I've still been watching over Riley's food consumption. She's still off from the weight that she needs to be.

"You ready to go?" I asked. I am nervous of how she will feel about the people seeing that she's back, and about how much she's going to eat.

"Yes, and why are you nervous?" She asked. It sometimes feels as if she has my powers.

"It's nothing." I said, but I knew that she could see through it.

"No, it's not. Are you nervous about the people, or are you nervous about me being hungry"

"Both." I admitted.

"The problem with hunger is nothing to worry about. I promise. I am so hungry. And the people, there is nothing we can do about it. They already know I'm here. Word tends to travel fast, and nearly everyone in there are assholes."I couldn't help but laugh at the end. Of course she would swear.

"Watch your language. I swear you're worse than Emmett."

"Good thing he graduated last year, or he'd beat you up for that."

"Very funny." I put my arm around her shoulder, and lead us to the cafeteria.

When we walked into the room, there were a lot of stares. I stood by Riley while she got her food, and when she loaded her plate, I payed for her lunch. Afterwards, I steered her towards an empty table.

"Riley!" Alice's voice cried out.

"Hey Alice."

"Why are you two going over there?" She asked. I just want to make sure that she isn't distracted from eating.

"My guess is that Jasper wants to keep you to himself." That to.

"I'm sure that isn't true."

"It is. I know everything." She's feeling cocky. "Why don't you come with me and sit with Edward and Bella? Bella doesn't even know that you're here."

How is that possible, considering that news spreads way to fast in this school, or even in this town.

Bella and Edward were sitting with Mike, Jessica, Angela, and Eric. I can feel Riley's relief when she noticed something about the table.

"I've decided to throw a party." Alice say when she sat down.

"After all, how many times are we going to graduate from high school." I couldn't help myself from saying it. Riley started to laugh, and I felt amusement from Bella, Edward, and Alice.

"A party, at your place?" Angela asked. I don't mind Angela. She's better than the others.

"I've never seen your house." There's an obvious reason to why that is.

"No one has ever seen their house." Eric told her.

"Another party Alice." Edward asked, I could feel his worry, and I tried to calm him down.

"It'll be fun." She said, trying to defend herself.

"Yeah, that's what you said last time." Bella said. Alice then started to have a vision, and Bella distracted everyone else from noticing.

After school, I rode home with Edward because we were giving Bella and Riley a lift to the police station. Charlie wants to have dinner as a family. Riley isn't looking forward to the meal.

"I know that you know what Alice saw." Bella said to Edward. "Tell me."

"It was nothing." From the reactions that I felt, I wouldn't say that it was nothing.

"You looked worried."

"Because everyone would notice how strange Alice is."

"I think that ship sailed long ago." Riley butted in. "Do you know what's going on?" She asked about what Charlie was dealing with inside.

"There's someone missing in Seattle over a year ago, Charlie is doing everything he can."

"Do you know something about this?" Bella asked him.

"We've been tracking the situation in Seattle for a while now. Unexplained disappearances, killings, if the situation gets more conspicuous, the Volturi will step in." That wouldn't be good.

"I'll fax these down first thing." Charlie said, coming outside.

"Thank you." The missing kids father said.

"Hi." Bella greeted Charlie.

"Hey." Charlie replied.

"You ready for dinner?"

"Yeah, is it still just you, Riley, and I right?" He asked. I know that he doesn't like Edward, and he is undecided about me.

"We're just dropping them off." Edward told Charlie. "See you later."

"Bye." Edward said to Bella, and he started to walk away. I didn't say anything, I only gave Riley a kiss on the forehead. "Oh, bella. My parents wanted me to remind you about the airline tickets they got you for your birthday."

"What airline tickets." Charlie asked, I could feel Riley's amusement.

"Tickets to see mom in Florida."

"Well, that was generous." Charlie said, I could feel quite a few emotions.

"It expires soon, so you might want to use it this weekend."

"Well, I can't just drop everything and go."

"It might be your last chance to see her before you graduate." That's kind of harsh. It's motivation to try to keep her human.

"Well, it might not be a bad idea. Get out of town for a couple of days, get some distance." Charlie suggested.

"Yeah, I wouldn't mind seeing mom. As long as you and Riley use the companion tickets." She said to Edward.

"Wait, there's three tickets? Super. That makes me really happy." Charlie said sarcastically, then walked down the steps to his car with Bella and Riley following him.

"You know, Charlie really doesn't like you." I say to my brother.

"Like I don't know that." He said.

The two of us got into the car, and we drove home.
