••6 months later••
YouTube was going great for me. I had reached 1 million subscribers already, thanks to the boys always shouting out my channel on every social platform they had. Also, I had gained a few more friends along the way, whom had big amounts of subs. But my subscriber count didn't matter to me. As long as people enjoyed the content I loved making, that would suffice.
Simon and I are still dating, and so far have had no bumps in the road. We haven't told our fans about us yet, but we were slowly getting there as we would always drop minor hints in vlogs, Instagram posts, and tweets.
Today I was asked to make our relationship known to everyone on the Internet. Simon wanted to do a video, and I just wanted to be as simple as posting a cute picture of us. So we decided on both.
"The Boyfriend Tag," I sigh to the camera, my anxiety through the roof, fearing the amount of hate I would soon be getting.
"Shouldn't you do an intro?" Simon chuckles from behind the camera.
"Oh, I guess," I giggle, eventually erupting into laughter as I bend over the second chair that's sat beside me. Simon joined me as soon as I started.
"My camera's gonna die at this rate," he teases, making me stop my fit and glare at him viciously. "Okay, never mind me."
"Hi guys!" I cheer, waving to the camera with both my hands. "So, today, I'm joined with someone very special to me to do something that's mildly overrated- The Boyfriend Tag."
"Dun dun dun," Simon bellows into the microphone.
"It was meant to be a surprise but I bet that and my failed first attempt at an intro gave everything away," I giggle. "But, please, everyone- allow me to introduce, Simon Minter."
I applaud him as he takes his seat, watching him the whole time.
"Alright, love, that's a bit much," he chuckles as he holds both my hands down.
"Sorry," I giggle. I slip out of his grip and grab my phone, not letting him see the screen. I face him just in case. He, then, faces me as well. "We should've had the chairs set like this in the first place."
"Well they are now so get on with it, we still have to make my video," Simon teases.
"Jesus, someone's in quite a rush."
"Some of us have places to be and things to do."
"The only place you're going after this is to your bed with your laptop," I reply.
"Well, somebody isn't allowed cuddles after this," Simon sings.
"No, please, I beg," I cry out, leaning forward and placing my hands on both his thighs.
"If we can get this video done before my hair turns gray, then maybe I'll give you cuddles," he shrugs.
"Fine," I scoff.

"Make sure to subscribe to this boy," I say as I slap his back harshly, "and to me if you haven't already because I've finally caught Simon eating my cereal in one of my recent vlogs," I add, shooting a quick glare at him, "and like this video if you enjoyed it!" I exclaim while holding up both my thumbs.
"And leave a comment about how I'm a creepy stalker for answering every question correct and with detail," Simon adds.
"I really should watch out for you," I giggle as I stare at him.
"Trust me, I would never harm you," he replies, kissing my forehead.
"Bye guys!" I shriek as I wave goodbye with a wide smile.
"Alright, now its my video," Simon sighs, unhappy.
"Don't be so grumpy, you might actually look pretty," I tease as I grab my makeup kit. As Simon sets up the camera and makes sure the lighting is still good, I rummage through my bag to reassure I had everything. "Need I remind you that I only apply mascara and sometimes a bit of concealer, so this may not go as well as thought to be," I giggle, setting my bag in my lap carefully and looking over at him.
"I'm keeping that in so everyone knows why I'm about to look so ugly."
"You could never be ugly," I reply, a sweet and all-too-innocent smile on my face.
"I didn't know I was dating a liar," he mumbles as he sits in his chair. I punch his shoulder, gaining a gasp from him.
"I told you that I don't like it when you bully yourself," I pout.
"I'm sorry," he replies with fake pouty lips, squishing my cheeks together with his thumb and index finger of his right hand.
"Fuck outta here with that hand, I don't know where it's been," I exclaim, slapping his hand away.
"It's not like I piss on my hand and don't wash up!" he defends.
"Yeah but you don't wash up after you mast-" He slaps a hand over my mouth, starting with his intro. I giggle into his palm, staring at him the whole time.
He looks at me, our eyes connecting. He drops his hand, giving me a small smile before turning to the camera once again.
"I can happily say I really regret suggesting this idea," he says. I flick the back of his head, scoffing. He drops his jaw, clutching the spot I had flicked. His head turns to me, his face expressing pain.
"Don't bully me before I even get a chance," I defend with crossed arms and an upset expression.
"I'm sorry," he smugly smiles, leaning into me and wrapping his arms around my small body.
"Get your disgusting, filth-covered body off me," I say, pushing him away.
"See what I have to deal with?" he says to the camera while pointing to me with his thumb. I give it a small bite, sending me into another burst of laughter, due to his facial expression after. "I can't live under these conditions!" he exclaims, making me laugh harder.
I accidentally snort, something I only did when I couldn't breathe as I was laughing too hard, which only Simon could make me do. As usual, it sends him into a bundle of laughter as well.
"This is why our actual video doesn't happen until like an actual 10 minutes in," I say through my laughter.
