                                              Chapter 2: Rude Awaking 
                          Richard came down the stairs and just stared. 
                          " Richard.. Go back up stairs and make sure the kids don't come down... They don't need to see this.."

                          I said.
                          " See what?" He asked.
                          " Their father trying to kill us all. Now go." I said sounding firm. I didn't hear him go but I felt him leave. I looked down at the body. The neck was starting to unbend. I placed my hands over the body. They hovered for a moment till I finally closed my eyes. I began to concentrate really hard. When I opened my eyes the body was levitating. I felt the strain on my body and my strength failing me. I fell to my knees and threw the body out the door and slammed it shut. I fell to the ground and let the blackness consume me whole.
