I walked in the house and it was quite. I hung my dripping coat on the coat rack. I walked to the kitchen and smelled food cooking. I opened the door and saw Rebecca in the kitchen while Jhonny sat in a chair. She was singing.
" Something somewhere out keeps calling me
Am I going home
Will I hear someone singing solace to the silent moon"
" Gabe here!" Jhonny said bouncing up and down clapping. She stopped and turned to me. She smiled.
" Hey your back!"
" Miss me?"
" No!" She said and placed her hands on her hips. I chuckled and started making coffee.
" We're out." She said " I got to run to the store and get groceries. " she added after a second thought.
" Are you going somewhere in an hour?"
She nodded.
" You mean we." She corrected me.
" Oh Jhonny too?"
" That's not all." She said " You are too."
I stopped.
" Come again?" I asked frowning.
" Jhonny, You and Myself are going out to meet a few people." I raised my eyebrow.
" And if I refuse?"
" I'll hid the bacon."
" Touché." I said crossing my arms.
" You win. I'll go." I said " Coffee first."
