A Little Lost

Chapter 6

I awoke in my room with Jhonny still sleeping in my arms. I looked at the clock and saw it was 6 in the morning. I looked around the room and saw the sun rising and the light beaming through my window. I moved Jhonny over and slipped out of bed quietly. I took a shower and changed clothes. Jhonny was still asleep so I quietly left my room and walked to the kitchen. I saw the dishes piled up like Jenga in the sink. I shook my head and started cleaning. It was around 6:30 and the dishes were done and I was making eggs,bacon, and some toast for breakfast. I heard foot steps coming down the stairs as I was fixing the last plate. Gabe walked in the kitchen in his pajama bottoms and a white shirt. He walked over to the coffee pot and poured him a cup of coffee. After his first cup smiled and said

" Good Morning, shall I help with anything?" I smiled and said

" No not really. I just finished." He nodded and sat on the stool opposite of me. And pulled out his phone. He was reading something when Richard walked in and groaned his good morning. I laughed and pointed to the plates. He walked over to the fridge and pulled out the milk. And sat it on the counter next to the food. And grabbed 7 glasses and placed them on the table and poured milk in 6. He sat a few seats down from Gabe and started eating. I frowned as Mark walked in and yawned. His hair was everywhere I laughed and Maggie walked in next. She was skipping and crashed into a very tired Mark. He turned and pushed her to the floor and she started crying. She then made a cup of milk float across the table and dump on his head. He then chanted a spell and changed her hair color.

" That's enough!! You two know better than to use your powers on one another!!" I said looking down at them and frowning.

" But she started it!!" Cried Mark.

" No you did!!" Maggie whined.

" I don't care who started it! I am ending it!" I said and I lifted them up and moved them threw the door. They both looked down and I put them at the bottom of the stairs.

" Now go clean up!!" I said and they ran back up the stairs. I turned around and saw Richard was standing up and Gabe was flipping him off. Richard lunged for Gabe. Gabe moved across the room and was laughing. Then he moved as Richard flew and punched a hole in the wall.

" Stop!!!" I yelled and pushed them both back. Gabe flew into the counter top and looked at me. Richard flew and hit the wall and glared at Gabe. I was done with it.

" One more fight in my house and I will kick your asses!!! Do I make myself clear!" They nodded. Then I felt Jhonny wake up. I glared and

" Stay put or so help me when I come back you will regret it." I turned and walked up Stairs. I opened my door and saw Austin was holding Jhonny. He turned when he heard the door open and Jhonny looked over to see and started squirming. I walked over as Jhonny reached for me. I picked him up and he started sucking his thumb. Austin smiled and turned to leave.

" Wait!" Jhonny called and reached for Austin to come back. Austin walked back over and held out his hand and Jhonny grabbed it with a little fist and went back to sucking his thumb. While holding Austin's finger. I kisses his head.

" Are you ready to eat Jhonny?" I asked. He nodded and said

" Austin come too?" I laughed and said

" Yes, Austin's coming too." He smiled and reached for Austin. I handed him over and we started walking to the stairs. I closed my door and followed behind Austin and Jhonny. We walked in to the kitchen and it was destroyed. Plates were broken and there were holes everywhere. There was even plates lodged into the wall. I looked over and saw Gabe was covered in blood and Richard was throwing Knifes. Gabes back was to us and Richard threw a knife and Gabe moved. The knife was flying towards Jhonny. Austin turned his back and I jumped in front of him. I threw my hands out and stopped the knife. I moved my hands down and the knife didn't move. I looked around and saw everyone was frozen. I grabbed the knife and placed it on the ground. I turned to Austin and touch his arm gently and he started to move. He turned and saw me there and embraced me. We stayed like that for a moment. And time unfroze. I turned to Richard who was horrified by almost hitting Jhonny. I took Jhonny and Richard took a step towards me.

" Rebecca, I am so sorry I didn't mean to-" he stopped as I turned around. I gave him the worst glare I could muster.

" Don't you dare speak to me." I turned back around and left the kitchen. I went to Jhonnys room and he started playing in his crib. I left promising to be back quick with some snacks. I ran down the corridor. Tears sprang in my eyes. I let them fall as I reached our parents room.
