Natsu's P.O.V
I ignored how I was slightly surprised when she tapped me. Luce doesn't seem to be someone who would exert herself into situations.

I grabbed her hand and ran to class. We were almost late.

Now:
Lucy's P.O.V.

we open the door to see most of the seats then. The classroom we are in, I would say is more like a college (like Golden Time classroom if you watched it/Tokyo Ravens main classroom.)

It had rows that would get higher as you moved further back.

There were seats where Natsu and I could sit next to each other but I didn't want to be a burden to him so I quickly sat down next to a girl named Mira.

She's popular but has always been nice to me and I don't think she will mind sense people will look at it as a loser wanting to befriend her sense she's so great and I'm well... not.

Mira was talking to the person across from her so she didn't seem to notice me anyways.

I didn't want to look at Natsu smiling because he doesn't have to make me happy, and he can finally take a break from me and hang out with his friends. So, I just looked down at my hands.

(Natsu wasn't smiling+We were doing english class with Mr.Macao, who walked in on time because he actually cares about teaching, unlike Gildarts. Some say he cares to much.

I enjoy classes though! Sense every class is already easy, there usually boring but he makes us do lots of project instead of listening to things I already know.

"Good morning class." He said not waiting for a response.

"Sense it's the new year I want to do a project for everyone to get to know each other."

"I will pair you up with people you most likely don't know well from my previous observations, and you will write everything you can about each other, from history to likes and dislikes, etc. after asking questions about each other. The more you write, the better your grade. You will share this in front of the class. The partners are emailed to each of you. Go sit next to them and get going."

The last part made most of the class groan, me included. It wouldn't be likely, but if I got to choose my partner I could get someone to actually talk to me so I wouldn't get a terrible grade.

I shivered at the thought of a beating from my father.

I went to the email and guess who I was paired up with?

...Lissana.

Lissana's P.O.V.

I'm glad sensei is good friends with my parents, even if he's annoying. Now I'm paired up with that whore! This is perfect. (Inserts devil face c:<)

Lucy's P.O.V.

Shitttttttt!!!! I'll never get this project done with her. I'll get a beating with her and my dad. She will also pic on me during class, right? Dammit! This is bad. This is really bad.

I was lost in worries as I kept my head down heading over to Lissana's desk, but, what I got was unexpected.

"Lucy, hey!"

Lissana... called me... by my.... name?

WTF?!?!?!?! NOT AN INSULT?

I waved slowly at her.

"Come sit." Lissana said patting the seat next to her. I quietly sat down looking over at her.

She was... smiling? Not a creepy one, but a nice one? Is she okay? Lissana paired up with the 'nerd' and she's... smiling?

she's acting really strange.

"Hey, Lucy can we talk?" Lissana said getting me out of my daze. I quickly nodded so she wouldn't be mad at me for not responding at all.

Leaning close to my ear she whispered,

"Lican.... I just wanted to say I'm sorry for how I acted before. I was just really jealous of Natsu hanging out with you when I tried for years to get his attention. Anyways, what i'm trying to say is I really, really, am sorry... and... I want to be your friend."

My eyes went wide as I sat there shocked. Lissana... wants to be my friend?

I flashed my 'brightest' (Fake) smile giving her a nod which surprised Lissana. She seemed surprised before composing herself and smiling back.

"Well now let's get started on our project!"
