Chapter 19

Lucy's P.O.V.

I opened my eyes and looked around to see an unfamiliar room. I couldn't help but noticed how warm and comfortable I was. (At the time I had a fever so it was cold but compared to the attic I sleep in this is bliss.)

The door opened slowly. I pretended to be asleep because I had no idea where I was. I peeked and saw... Natsu? Oh what a relief. Then I remembered.

Deciding to scare him because what the hell when he came close to I think check my temperature I quickly sat straight up. Natsu jumped backwards and ended up falling.

I couldn't help but laugh. (Lucy doesn't know but Natsu paused staring at her because he found her beautiful when she laughs.) "God Luce! You scared me."

Sorry but I went to no P.O.V for some reason

"That was the point!" Lucy then noticed how confident she was acting and how she hadn't stuttered once. What was with her? Didn't she remember the last thing that happened.

Natsu thinks she murdered her mom. "Listen Luce." Natsu seemed to changed to mood of the entire room as he got serious.

"I know you probably don't want to talk about it but I just wanted to explain... I was asking Lissana full well knowing that you wouldn't... you know. The truth is she presented it during class. I didn't want to bother you with questions that would upset you so I went to Lissana and asked why she made all that stuff up. I learned she didn't for some things but I still know you didn't do it... and I jus-"

"Okay." Lucy must of been really out of it or her whole personality had changed, not only because she seemed happy talking about dark things like this but she even interrupted Natsu.

"Okay?" Natsu questioned a little worried that he got his hopes up.

"Promise not to leave?" Natsu's eyes widened before softening again. "I promise."

"I really didn't think you kille-" Lucy rested her head on Natsu's chest "I know. Thanks Natsu."

"For what?"

"For being my friend."

After that Lucy fell asleep. She must really have been out of it. Still, no matter what Natsu smiled because it was progress, and he felt like maybe Lucy might start being shy again, and that was fine, but this side of her was also quite beautiful.

Time Skip

Lucy's P.O.V.

I woke up later vaguely remembering everything. I blushed at the thought of it. 'Gahhh~ so embarrassing!' I wanted to punch the inner me in the face for just thinking like that.

I realized that I was in Natsu's bed and suddenly felt uncomfortable, so I headed downstairs. After Natsu noticed and we chatted we decided to watch a movie.

I haven't watched really any movies sense I was a kid. That means that the latest movie I watched was probably PG or maybe even PG13 if I was being dangerous. So I guess you can say I didn't expect a horror movie to play.

I clutched to Natsu's arm and buried my face. I would build the courage to glimpse at the screen from time to time but always ended up hiding when things got intense. Natsu seemed to be looking at me more then the tv for some reason. He giggled a lot at my actions.

I must of fell asleep on Natsu's shoulder after the movie, I was really tired.

Grandine's P.O.V.

Natsu texted me that he was taking care of a sick friend so I picked up Wendy and drove straight home. "Natsu." I yelled as I closed the front door behind me. Wendy ran upstairs to do her homework.

I set my bag down on the table and noticed on the couch my son, and a girl... cuddling!!!! Aw so cute. I thought that Natsu was so dense that he would never get a girl. They were sleeping so I had to be quite.

I went a got my camera and ended up taking thousands of pictures. She was cute to. I ship it. I ship it all the way!

Squealing, I went to download it on all my devices. Maybe I'll blow up the picture and hang it in my bedroom. I made sure to do all my devices just incase Natsu finds it and deletes it. I'm gunna call Mira tomorrow >:D.
