"Well, aren't you a sight for sore eyes," a baritone voice drawled from the doorway of Dei's office.

Taking a deep breath to control her temper which has long been described to match the fiery color of her red hair, she sported a sarcastic grin and answered the prick at her door.

"Mr. Sore Eyes, I suggest that you go on home before you infect my team and cause us to miss our deadlines, okay? And please, don't let the door hit your big, fat ego on your way out."

The man feigned a hurt expression, clutched his chest and replied, "Is this the welcome I get after being away for 8 years, Red? I'm devastated."

Red? No one calls me Red except... "Richie?" she gasped. "Is it really you, Richie Rich?"

She saw Richie wince before he answered. "Red, please... no more 'Richie'. It's one thing to be called that name when you're 13 and not when you've grown and become a man."

And what a mighty fine man he's grown into. Dei sighed quietly and bit her lip as her eyes devoured her first boyfriend, first kiss, and almost first sexual encounter, Richard Faulkerson, Jr.

The last time they saw each other, he was a gangly seventeen-year old boy who was so shy that she had to make the first move. They were heavily making out and were about to do it, but her dad arrived home and he had to shimmy down the terrace in his underwear. Still makes her laugh thinking about it. He's her TOTGA - the one that got away.

She stared at his bulging biceps as he crossed his arms over his muscular chest. Her eyes roamed lower and widened at the large bulge where his manhood lay. And his hands... she shivered as she thought of what kind of fun she could have with his long, candle-like fingers.

"I've hunt down bastards and being called Richie is quite lame so people resorted to calling me Hunter. And it fits me better, right? So no more Richie, please?"

"Fine," she rolled her eyes at him. "But! Only if you call me, Dei - no more 'Red'. Is that clear?"

"Are you sure? But 'Red' suits you--"

"Richie," she warned.

"Fine," he answered as he crossed the room, grabbed her outstretched hand and shook it. "Deal."

"So 'Hunter'," she asked. "What brings you here? And how did you know where I work? Good job getting past my dragon of a secretary by the way. He usually doesn't anyone pass through without an appointment."

Hunter sat down on one of the chairs. "I'm not a hunter for nothing. Finding you was easy peasy."

She raised a brow at him and he laughed as he confessed. "Alright. I DIDN'T have an appointment but I just told Jerald, your secretary, that Tita Mary Ann sent me here and he immediately ushered me to your door. Is he that scared of you or is it your mom that put the fear of God into him?"

"Hmm, I'd prefer the former but I choose the latter. I pity the person who would choose to go head to head against mom," she answered with an impish grin.

"Tita Mary Ann and I met when I tried to visit you today. She asked me to tell you that you need to drop by your grandma's house to get some important documents. She said you know how critical those documents are, she wouldn't be able to entrust those to your company messenger."

"Fine. Please tell mom, who could have called me instead of siccing you on me, that I'll do it tonight."

"Ah, she said that she couldn't get through to you earlier."
