This week's theme is more of a technical challenge rather than a blatantly sexual topic.
When we start a volume, we usually line up the themes for each issue. However, while discussing the theme for this release, RM020316 requested if we can write stories based on songs. The writers agreed and we then consulted Spotify for the song prompts. We shied away from the obvious choice (Momol playlist) and chose a rather unassuming playlist which is Songs to Sing in the Shower . To make it interesting, we pressed shuffle and the song that came out is assigned to an author. The writer's creativity was then tested as they had to turn these song prompts into stories that Ache is known for. Of course, they delivered flawlessly.
So sing along with us as we turn these rather innocuous songs into stories that would make you think twice when you listen to them again.
By the way, the first story, Footloose, has been marked as PRIVATE by Wattpad. So you would have to follow TeamSMH and reload in order to read the story.
Achingly yours,
Sunshine
Ps. Thank you to Chris, my co-editor (whom I pulled away from his hiatus), to arrange the stories for this issue.
Pps. To the Team Ache girls, I love you all. My heart is overflowing.
