"I'm home!" Not that anyone cared, but it was the same every day. Liam would be picked up by his driver, Drew, and taken anywhere he wished of going. Which was home usually. Liam almost always hoped to get home and see his Dad or Papa.
At the announcement of his arrival home, Liam counted the usual two seconds before giving up. Heading towards the kitchen, Liam glanced towards Rose, the chef, "How was school, honey?"
"Fine." Liam replied, "Hungry?"
"No ma'am." Rose chuckled, "Why couldn't your brothers be as sweet as you?" Liam smirked opening the bottle of water he had grabbed from the fridge, "Saved the best for last type of thing." Rose laughed again, "I swear, you Styles will be the death of me." Liam smiled in farewell as he climbed the stairs to his room. Seeing his parents door open on his way, Liam couldn't help but have his heart stop. Are they home?
Chewing his bottom lip, Liam strolls over peaking his head in, "Papa?" Getting nothing in reply, Liam huffs pushing open his own door to his room. Being the youngest had never been easy for Liam. He was left alone the most saying as though his birth was the high of both Louis and Harry's careers. The "miracle" baby. More like the "sympathy vote" for his dad.
Laying on his bed, Liam grabbed his laptop starting to scroll through his newsfeed, "Loser James?!" Connor called smirking when Liam poked his head out the door, "What?"
"Just making sure you got home safe was all. Man dad would kill me if his precious son got away."
"I-Is dad home?" Liam asks peering up at his older and much taller brother, "Of course not Idiot." Entering his room again, Liam huffed shutting his laptop letting his eyes slip closed as he laid down again.
It wasn't until Liam felt coldness surround him that he awoke. He had been stripped of his school clothes and placed into boxers with a T-shirt, his covers drawn back and messy as if he had been moving around a lot. Covering himself up, Liam moved around until he felt comfortable again when his bladder backstabbed him. Groaning, he shuffles into the hallway hearing nothing but the grandfather clocks. The door to his parents room is ajar, which is odd. Usually Harry shuts it. Either he didn't notice, or wasn't home.
Hurrying to the bathroom, Liam does his business, washing his hands afterwards. Flipping the light off, he's headed back to his room when he hears something downstairs. Knowing all the servants were at their own home or in their quarters, Liam raises an eyebrow. Maybe his oldest brother Bradley was home. Starting downstairs, Liam freezes as the steps creak. Resuming, Liam enters the kitchen with alert eyes. Flipping on the light to see, he shrieks seeing someone at the fridge. "What the hell? Liam James get up!" Someone scolds quietly, "H-Hi daddy." Liam mumbles shyly, "What're you doing down here?" Harry asks sternly, "I-I had t-to go p-pee and I heard someone d-downstairs."
"So instead of getting your father you come down here yourself?" Liam frowned at the statement, Both parents always had a way of making him feel dumb. "I-I thought it was b-Bradley." Harry sighs deeply pointing towards the stairs, "Get to bed."
"Y-yessir." Liam pouts heading to his room. Hearing Harry's footsteps behind him, Liam's shocked when Harry enters his room as well, "Get into bed." Doing as told, Liam looks up at Harry with doe eyes, "Goodnight Liam." The father says covering the boy up with a kiss to the temple, "Daddy?" Liam calls sitting up, "Yes Liam?"
"I love you." Harry nods turning off the lamp, "I love you too, Liam."
