"So you're going, right?"
Liam sighs rubbing his temple with a look of dread embedded on his features, "it's complicated. I want too, but I don't want too."
"Why do you not want too?" Rose asks raising an eyebrow as he refills Liam's glass with orange juice, a small victory in her eyes as having snuck Liam's favorite drink back in the house, "It's so stupid," He mutters eyes dropping to the counter, Rose smiles warmly tapping the end of Liam's nose, "Now where did you hear that anything you think could be taken as stupid?" Peering up at her, Liam sniffles, "I-it's Zayn."
"That boy?"
"Y-yeah, I-I know I just met him, but I-I feel good when I'm around him." Rose nods humming as she takes Liam's hands in her own, "Have you kissed him yet?"
"Yeah." Chewing his bottom lip, Liam giggles softly as he remembers the tiny peck that sent butterflies through his chest.
"Tell me, after you kissed him how'd you feel?"
"A-as if I wasn't really there, l-like I was outside of my self." Rose chuckles ruffling Liam's hair, "I think it's safe to call it love." Liam scoffs, "So you know, just like that?" Rose sighs kissing Liam's cheek, "I fell in love sweetheart, once, I was so young that nobody believed us. It was such a feeling that explaining it, didn't even explain it." Liam frowns, "What happened?"
"Well like I said, nobody believed us. We were young and poor, he had three jobs, and I had taken two. But, when no one supports you it's hard. We grew apart, but to this day, he was my first and my only true love."
"Do you think you can only fall in love once?"
Lifting her head to the ceiling as she thinks about her answer, Rose strokes Liam's arm soothingly, "I think that people only fall in love once, the other times we're just tired of being alone and settle." Liam chews the inside of his cheek glancing outside at the fresh snow on the ground before he nods, "I love him."
"I know you do, and I support you." Liam gasps, "R-rose I love him. I-I love him!" Grinning, Liam grabs his coat kissing Rose's cheek, "I can't move," He whispers to himself grabbing the garage keys unlocking it to grab his bike, rolling it down the street before hopping on, biking to Zayn's street with his chest rising, and love flowing through him.
"Did someone just leave?" Louis asks furrowing his eyebrows once he enters the kitchen, Rose raises an eyebrow glancing at the front foyer, "I'm not sure, didn't hear anything." Dumping the oranger juice down the sink, she smirks to herself as Louis groans, "What's that smell?"
"I don't know what you're referring too, perhaps it's the citrus-scented candle I had lit a bit ago." Louis nods covering his nose "Must be, it smells terrible."
"Liam!" Louis calls rose dropping the glass in the sink with a gasp, "D-don't call him, I-I'm sure he's asleep." She quickly covers, Louis scoffing as he crosses his arms, "Why would he be asleep this early?"
"Well you know, trying to choose between staying and leaving is hard on someone so young-"
"Leaving and staying what're you going on about?" Louis asks his tone scared, Rose is taken back by the question, "Bradley asked Liam to come back to America with him." Louis snaps his look to her, "B-but he's not going is he? N-no, h-he can't be. N-no no no, no, I-I never knew-"
"Were you not told?" She asks her voice reaching a level of concern, "No, no I wasn't told." Louis whispers backing out of the kitchen trembling as he runs upstairs calling for Liam.
"Louis!" Rose yells after him, stopping when Harry steps out of his room following his husband into their son's room, "Why are you yelling?" Harry questions, Louis sobs holding the shirt Liam had left on his bed close to his chest, "L-Liam left didn't he? H-he left wi-with Bradley!" Screaming into the shirt Louis sinks to his knees.
Rose sighs leaning on the doorframe with a frown etched on her features, she knew she would lose her job, though she couldn't stand seeing Louis like this. "He hasn't left yet, a-and I don't he's going too."
Louis shoots from his spot, his index finger pointed at her accusingly, "Where is he, where is my son, you bitch."
Leaving his bike to lay on the ground, Liam rubs his hands together for warmth, he exhales with a smile starting up the walkway.
Before he can even knock on the door he's met with a woman who looked a bit older than him, "Are you homeless or something?" She asks tilting her head to the side popping her gum, Liam scoffs dismissing her, "N-no, I'm here for Zayn."
"Oh," She purrs leaning on the railing of the porch as she lights a cigarette, "One of his clients?"
"I-I don't know what that means." The girl stands to size Liam with her cold eyes, "You look like a nice boy, what're you doing running around with such trash?"
"Who are you?" Liam questions taking a step towards her, the girl laughs rolls her eyes as she blew her smoke into Liam's face, "Funny that he didn't tell you about me."
"A-about you?"
"Zayn never mentioned that he had a girlfriend?"
