I was focused on texting with Gareth, Marcelo, and Pepe. I giggled when they didn't know Antoine wasn't in there.
I heard a groan from James and looked up from his phone.
"Amor what are you doing on my phone?" His raspy morning voice was music to my ears sending chills down my spine.
"Oh they were texting you and their conversation was interesting. Plus, they didn't know that Antoine was part of the chat." I giggle and showed him the messages.
He shook his head smiling, "well I love that your happy but can we get something to eat?" He asked while putting his hand on his stomach.
I nodded and stood up from the bed and smiled. I decided to not ask about the night before or bring anything up, now that James was in a happy mood.
We made waffles with chocolate on it, topping it with ice cream and whip cream, and adding any syrup to the whip cream.
"Anything interesting happen while I was gone?" He cut a slice from his waffle and shoved it in his mouth.
"Hmm," I shook my head, "you?" He frowned and looked down at his food.
"We got knocked out of the Copa Del Rey, and it's all my fault." He stopped eating.
I also frowned and sat back, "James don't blame it on yourself. It's just a thing that happens. It's not that every game you'll be winning, sometimes there's losing too. And it's doesn't mean it's your fault. You're in a team and it doesn't really matter what happens because the team loses as a team, and a team wins as a team. So it isn't your fault." I paused and looked over at him, "don't put any pressure on yourself, it's not healthy and it's bad for you. It'll make you grow grey hair." I smiled and he started smiling too.
"I love you Chloe," he said and took his fork and knife in his hand.
"I love you too," I smiled and started eating again.
"I'm lucky for having you in my life." He said and his brown eyes melted into mine making me smile.
James went on his phone and posted a picture on his Instagram.
