James entered the quiet dark house, he figured his girlfriend was already sleeping in their room.

He headed up the stairs kicking off his shoes and entered their bedroom. She was lying in the middle of the bed, her light beautiful toned body tangled into the sheets.

Chloe was quite a heavy sleeper, so he didn't mind that. He took off his shirt and moved her light body carefully to her side of the bed and laid next to her.

He wrapped his arms around her waist. She was still sleeping.

"I'm sorry about what happened today amor, I just don't want to lose you and I was a jerk." He whispered then sighed kissing the top of her head.

He thought she didn't hear him, but she heard him alright. And she just smiled in her sleep.

What she only wanted was his arms wrapped around her small frame and to feel his warmth and embrace, assuring her that she was safe in his arms and with him.

It was morning and James didn't wake up before Chloe did. It was probably because he was out all night and traveling back to Madrid was a long ride and journey.

Chloe woke up to be in his embrace and she rubbed her face. Her phone buzzed and she reached for it.

neymarjr: hope we can have lunch again soon, I can bring Davi with us.

I thought about it and replied.

chloeramos10: I'd love to, but idk when I'm really open on days. So hopefully later on.

It took him a second to reply.

I stopped texting him and looked over at James who was still sleeping.

His phone began buzzing.

Marcelo: I'm pretty sure he did Gareth.

Pepe: he's the type of guy to say sorry to a girl everyday.

Gareth Bale: yeah that was a pretty stupid question.

James Rodríguez: yeah he said sorry, but when I was asleep.

Pepe: of course he would do it while she's sleeping. 🙄
