'Fabulous Viktor is back, girls' said person sang after slamming open the door.

Makkachin barked.

'Your dog speaks more eloquently than you,' Yuuri yelled, then gasped. He blushed.

'Yes, Yuuri! Slay, Queen!' Phichit whooped. He'd been recording the entire time. 'This is going on Instagram!'

'Excuse me but the only girl here is me, and I'm obviously more fabulous than you, Vitya,' Yura cut in and faced Phichit's camera with a sneer.

'Oooh! Yura is roasting you so good right now, Viktor,' Phichit was really enjoying this. This was going to go viral.

'Yuuri, my good wife, defend me please,' Viktor pouted at Yuuri. Yuuri gasped.

'You dare call me you wife! I am hardly so! No, this has cost you much. Come on Yura, you go girl!'

Viktor's jaw dropped. Yuuri had turned against him, all for the sake of their soon-to-be daughter.

'Guys, let's go shopping!' Phichit screeched from the living room. The others were still in the kitchen. It'd been a few hours since the little banter session Phichit had recorded. It had gotten 5k views on Instagram, which was not surprising considering that the Thai man was a little famous on there.

'Shopping...?' Yura called back, beginning to walk slowly towards the living room.

Viktor looked at Yuuri, a happy expression on his face.

'What is it?' Yuuri started turning red, uncomfortable from being looked at (even if it was Viktor)

'What is it?' Yuuri started turning red, uncomfortable from being looked at (even if it was Viktor).

'Let's go to the mall,' Viktor replied, completely ignoring Yuuri's question.

Yuuri nodded hesitatingly, slowly. Everyone got ready, and then they were walking the fifteen minutes it took to get to the local mall.

Upon entering, Viktor grabbed Yuuri by the hand and said, 'So we don't lose each other,' with an affectionate smile. Yuuri blushed, looking at the ground for a moment before looking up at Viktor again and smiling warmly, squeezing Viktor's hand.

The group split up, agreeing to meet up in a few hours again to eat, and went on their way. Phichit and Yura headed towards some girly store, while Yuuri and Viktor walked around aimlessly.

'Yuuri, when is your birthday?' Viktor asked suddenly.

'Huh? Oh, um, November 29,' Yuuri answered slowly. 'Why do you ask?'

'Just curious, I suppose. My birthday is 25 December,' Viktor replied.

'Oh, wow. On Christmas?' Yuuri said, a little excited.

'I guess so. We don't really celebrate Christmas on the 25. Rather January seven is when we celebrate it. In Russia, we still use the Julian calendar for those things,' Viktor shrugged.

'Oh, I see. Thank you for letting me know,' Yuuri smiled, though he sounded a little disappointed.

Also, he had no clue what the Julian calendar was.

'Oh, look Yuuri! These are so cute!' Viktor squealed excitedly, pulling him towards a small jewellery.

A pair of bracelets were on display. One bracelet was black, the other white. Viktor turned to Yuuri, wide-eyed.

'We NEED to get these!' he was saying, looking around for whoever worked at the store.

Yuuri was nodding mindlessly, looking around the shoppe. His eyes wandered, studying the various rings, bracelets, necklaces and such.

His eyes landed a pair of rings.

Gold rings.

They were simple, beautiful, and... so expensive!

three thousand dollars per ring. Were they crazy!?

Yuuri turned back to look at Viktor and saw he was waiting for something.

He hadn't even noticed Viktor had let go of his hand, much less walked away.

Yuuri made his way over to Viktor, and said, 'Viktor... did you buy those bracelets?'

Viktor flashed him a smile and nodded. 'One for me, one for you.'

'No, no. Don't please. I won't be able to repay you anytime soon,' Yuuri began to plead, looking at the ground disdainfully,  but Viktor shushed him by tilting his head up and looking him in the eyes with a sweet smile on his face.

'Yuuri... you don't have to pay me back. I just need you to... be here with me, okay? I just need you close.'

Yuuri gulped, feeling at loss. 'O-okay... I'll-I'll always be here. I-I'm not going anywhere. I promise'

Viktor laughed softly, though it was more like a relieved sigh. He was blushing slightly, but he wasn't moving away. 'Thank you, Yuuri.'

They stood for a few moments, unsure. They didn't know whether to move away, hug, or simply just do it.

They seemed to simultaneously think the same and leant in slowly, hesitatingly.

Their lips met, softly meshing together, in a long, sweet kiss. They seemed infinite, as one. It was passionate, loving, and long overdue. This was supposed to happen long ago. They were supposed to fall in love years ago when Yuuri first met the Russian at work.

That was no longer important. It was happening now.

They were together, now.

They were inseparable, now. At this very moment.

They were each others', and they would never let go.

'Excuse me, sir,' a young woman smiled, 'Here are your custom bracelets.'

Thus, Yuuri and Viktor were forced to separate. Viktor thanked the woman for the items and paid.

He held the small box containing the pair of bracelets in one hand and Yuuri's hand in the other.

Yuuri's face was flushed, both from the feeling of having Viktor's lips on his and from the fact that they had kissed in public.

Viktor turned to Yuuri. He was happy, a smile like none that Yuuri had ever seen before adorning his face.

Yuuri was smitten.

He didn't realise he was smiling too.
