Chapter 5

I got up at 6:00 that morning. You know why? It was the day of magcon!

I was skipping school today, it was a friday. I had time before my flight to Nashville.

My plain took off at 10:00. So i got ready and ate breakfast. I wore a red and white baseball tee. I let my hair down and put on my makeup and shoes.

I checked my bags one last time. Then I got in my car and headed to Tiffanys house.

I rang the doorbell and she came out. She shed a tear and hugged me.

"I'm gonna miss you so much Al."

I tried so hard not to cry. But I failed.

"Same here Tiff."

We stood in silence for a while and hugged.

"Well I gotta let you go, you'll be late for school," I weakly smiled and pulled away.

"Who cares?" She pulled me back in. "My best friend is going to be away for 4 weeks!"

We let go after a minute. We stood there with sad eyes.

"Bye Tiffany," i spoke softly as i backed away.

"Bye Ali," she whispered and closed her front door.

I walked back to my car and looked up, trying to prevent the tears from falling.

I hugged my mom goodbye and boarded my plane. I put my earbuds in and blocked out the world.

I landed in Nashville. It was fairley warm out. Nothing like florida though. When suddenly, I saw a big group of boys.

Thats them.

"Hey guys! Monroe's here!" Gilinsky called out.

Taylor immediately spun around and smile.

He started running up to me, and I walked up slowly.

Our bodies touched and he pulled me in for a hug, pulling me off the ground

"Hey Al-Pal" he whispered in my hair.

"Hey," I said as he put me down.

Taylors POV

She was even more perfect in person. I was so happy i was getting to meet my best friend.

When we hugged, I smelled her hair. It smelled so good, like vanilla. In the creepiest way possible. I figured Matt was straring at us, so I put her down, not wanting to brag or anything. To break the tension, I pulled her over to the other guys.

Alis POV

As I was hugging Taylor, all the guys were staring at us. Especially Matt. He was cute I guess.

Taylor grabbed my wrist and pulled me over to the rest of the guys. I knew some of them from prior. I gave them all hugs. Matt was last.

"Hey beautiful" he whisphered pulling me into a hug.

"Hey Espinosa" i smiled.

He gave good hugs. I saw Taylor staring at us weird. probably over-protective best friend stuff.

"OKAY, lets go to the hotel!" Cam said. we all started walking.

We all got into the car. I sat next to Taylor, of course.

"Lets take a picture," he said.

"Okay," I nodded.

He posted it on twitter saying, 'met my bestie in person'

I smiled at him. Before we knew it, we were there.

We walked out and got our room key.

We all got settled in our rooms.

There was 11 of us. That meant 5 of us in each room with an extra person. they were connected.

Me, Taylor, Shawn, Matt and Nash shared a room.

The jacks, Carter, Cameron, Aaron and Hayes in the other.

This was going to be fun. I already knew it.
