Chapter 19

Ali's POV

We had our flights back home in a few days. I wanted to ask my mom about spending the break with Taylor. I had to try and convince her.

I dialed her number and waited.

"Hello?"

"Hey mom."

"Hi sweetie! I'm so excited about your home coming!"

"Yeah I kind of wanted to talk to you about that."

"Wait you aren't coming home?"

"No no! I am but I was just wondering of I could bring someone..."

"Alison what are you talking about?"

"Well, me and Taylor were talking and I was planning on spending New Years and the rest of the break with him, if he could spend Christmas with us."

"Well, I know how you don't want to spend Christmas with Rick."

Rick was my moms boyfriend who I despised. He thought that he was my dad and treated me like a daughter. My dad left us, but I didn't hate him.

"I really don't. If Taylor came then maybe I would be happier."

"And you're spending New Years with him where?"

"Indiana."

"Okay. Are you guys dating?"

"No! Um, I told you I'm kinda with Matt remember?"

"Oh yes! I do remember. And what about Sean?"

"WE BROKE UP. For the 50th time!"

"Sweetie I know you aren't together anymore but we still have their Christmas party on Christmas Day remember?"

"Oh yeah, how could I forget?'

This was going to be awkward. All my friends plus Taylor.

"I should let you go. I will see you in a few days!"

"Bye mom."

"Bye."

I wondered how things changed while I was gone. I hoped it wouldn't be like in Gossip girl. That all my friends forgot about me and shut me out of their lives. Probably not though, cause I didn't go to a prestigious private school, and I was only gone for about 2 months.

I called Taylor and told him that he could come spend Christmas with us. He was beyond happy. His parents were cool with him spending Christmas with us, as long as he came home for New Years.

He came back to the hotel with Aaron.

"Hey Tay, I need to talk to you."

"What is it?"

"Um okay so you can come for Christmas but there's a catch."

"What?"

"We have to go to Sean's house for a party on Christmas Day."

"YES!" He said jumping.

"Why are you so happy?" I laughed.

"Cause Ill finally get to meet your friends, and see why you loved him so much." He laughed.

"I thought you hated him though."

"Oh I do. But I'm still psyched to meet him."

"You're such an idiot."

"I know."

Taylor's POV

We were driving our way to magcon currently. It was the last one until Christmas break. I was so happy to be spending it with Ali; I couldn't ask for more. I was also going to get meet Sean. I wanted to see what my competition was; other than Matt.
